+ Cover
It is honestly beautiful. It suits the title and the story perfectly. The quote is a bit out of place is what I felt though I know its significance in the story; catchphrase of Kade. Maybe it should be something like 'Build a bridge and watch t burn down'? Something eye-catching.

+Title
To be honest, the title is fitting but awkward. I can't exactly pin point why is it so. It gives an insight to the story yet it also increases the curiosity of the readers. But I would still recommend you change it into something better.

+Summary
It is simple and effective. It does its work of giving the readers a glimpse into the story; enough to pique their interest and make them keep reading.
I don't have a lot to say about it but good job.

+Plot
I have no qualms admitting that I adore this kind of stories. It gives of the 'Pretty Little Liars' vibes. Teenage drama also makes my day. Especially when I am not involved in it.
The plot isn't unique. I have read many stories of how the so called 'Queen 'Bitch' dies and her friends are hiding some secret. But this is a plot that can be taken in different ways and even the tiniest of changes can lead to something drastic.
So while the plot isn't original I like the way you write.

+ Characters
Okay, this is the best part of the story. Most of the similar stories I have read have horrible relationship between the characters. They all hate each other though they act all sugary-sweet when face to face. In short, they are all two-faced bitches.
But your story doesn't have that.
The relationship between the characters is beautifully portrayed. They are best friends even though they may be bitches. I especially loved the relationship between Kade and Mave. I have no problems admitting that I sported a huge smile on my face as I read through their interactions. Most notable was the one in the flashback when they were waiting for Braxton and Xienna.
Blair is a mysterious character. The only thing that comes in my mind when I read the part about her interaction with Mave was 'snake'. She had him tightly coiled around her fingers and took full advantage of that.
Your characters and the relationship between them are amazing.

+ Chapters
Length: They were of almost perfect length; long enough to be called a chapter yet short enough to keep the readers interested. So no complaints there.
Grammar and Punctuation: I found no mistakes there even though I have to admit that grammar isn't my strongest point. The story flowed nicely though the sentence structure could be confusing at times. There were a few places where I had to reread a paragraph to understand it properly.
General: They are well crafted and well thought out. My favourite part was the last line in Kade's part of the prologue. It sounds so poetic and I am a sucker for such lines.
Again, the relationship between the characters are the highlight in the story. Between Kade and Mave (two best friends), between Ori and Braxton (sibling), Greyson and others (hatred). They all make the story even more interesting and worth reading.
Bradley is another mysterious character that is worth noticing since he seems pivotal to the plot. The third chapter ended in a cliff-hanger though I am sure that Chapter Four would jump back to the present. Thus leaving the readers asking for more.
There were parts that I got confused at because of the style of narration; but that is most probably my fault not yours. One such instance is when Kade and Mave talk by the lockers. In the starting of that part, the monologue didn't make a lot of sense to me because I was confused as to who and what he was referring to. If it is knowingly kept vague than great job.
+Conclusion
Anyone who likes Pretty Little Liars would love this story since it gives off the same vibes. Betrayals, secrets, and lies. They all add up to make a very dramatic and addicting story.
