He's a well known time patroller, and one of the strongest there is,he mostly stays in Ssj4 because he rarely shows his base form,he's somewhat cold hearted,but kind of soft if your really close with him,plus,he's single as well,here's some information about him.

Kryto,the Son of Broly,who's incredibly tough and is able to challenge gods of destruction, unlike many others,his final form is Ssj Demon,a form with demonic powers that can handle gods at 90% of their true power,he's pretty much beat if they use 100%,depending on who they are,his past is pretty much unknown,he's also single
