A/N: this was something I've noticed around watching one of the mini trailers and a small theory came to me. I know many people will call this crazy, but hear me out.

Is Ghidorah controlling Metphies and one of the shrine maidens? 

The reason I ask this type of question is because of something I've noticed in two quick moments. 

The first one is where metphies is holding one of the twins. Instead of his usual light green eyes, he has more yellow-ish one.

Next is one of the twins' eyes up close. Instead of the simple green colored eyes, hers are a golden color as well.

My theory is that sometime after Godzilla Earth destroyed Mechagodzilla City in his Scarlet form, Ghidorah might have found a way to sense out the minds of the exif and want to use them to find a way to get to earth as another planet for it to destroy through metphies. 

It may possibly require a ritual of some sort to draw ghidprah to earth to which is possibly why one of the twins' eyes are yellow and could further answer the question on if that person hanging on one of the wooden things behind haruo and metphies. A sacrifice is likely needed to complete the ritual and allow ghidorah to sense out where earth is. 

But that's just me, there could be a much more different reason on why,
