One day, he decides to go to Undertale, but something goes wrong. He gets there, but ends up falling on his head! He's fine, but he doesn't notice that a small amount of his emotion paints spilled out. He continues on.

Flowey doesn't notice, either, as he pops up in his usual spot, waiting for the human in a circle of paint-soaked grass...

So basically Ink's paints are meant for him, and he's a soulless being, so what would they do to Flowey since he's soulless too?
