Deep in Shades Vile Castle is a room which is protected and heavy secure to prevent anyone from destroying the room and entering the room. Thus there a sperated power source that isn't accessible to no one except for Waldron himself.

Inside the room, that was mentioned first, is a massive room full of incubators yet these incubators are use to grow babies.

In total there's 50,000 incubators yet there's only ten that stood out of place. These ten incubators made a circle around a orb which is emitting a pulse.

An: that orb is know as the Light of Life which are impossible to get since these can only be made during a natural super nova.

It was through this orb that Waldron managed to create so many doppelgangers yet there's two more key elements which he uses.

The first is the codes which he uses to create empty egg and seed.

The second is DNA which he uses to filled both egg and seed.

Then when the two key elements mix with the main element they create the embryo thus giving birth to doppelgangers of Shades Vile.

An: Now y'all know how the Doppelganger of Shades Vile are made and born. However that isn't all.

Far from this room is a chamber similar to Rick and Morty phoenix project but unlike the show this chamber isn't rig to killed. Instead this chamber would bring back doppelgangers that was killed and put into stasis in a different chamber until that doppelganger is needed. Unless they're important doppelgangers which they are then released.
