Welp. I don't appear to have entered this contest yet. I'll get on it tomorrow, I guess?

I could have sworn I'd entered it weeks ago, but maybe not.

UPDATE (6/5/2024) - I am a Romance judge now. 

Which I guess means that if I entered the contest, it's not in the Romance category (quickly checking to see if I entered the contest... I can't see if I'm in it or not. Oh, well. Either I'm in, or I'm not. I'll find out when the contest concludes)

UPDATE (7/13/2024) - I still can't remember if I ever entered Ancilla into any of the contest categories. If I did, it's anybody's guess whether or not I'll find out if it won any awards.

Why?

Because there are still some AWOL judges. 

Dear Wattpadians, if you volunteer to judge, please do not disappear. Communicate your awkward situation to the contest host and beg for an extension, if needs be, but don't disappear! That's just rude. It leaves your host, and the authors you are judging, in the lurch.

UPDATE (7/22/2024) - Ancilla was indeed entered. I got a Second Place in the Miscellaneous/General (litfic) category. 

That category is turning out to be better than Paranormal or Fantasy for me; it's about as likely to result in Ancilla getting an award as the Romance category is. Part of that could be lack of competition. Litfic is not popular, whether among writers or among readers.
