Chapter one

Before I begin, I have realized something. I am slowly filling out all of my stories in my 'Stories I am letting others have' book. I am still giving them away, but am writing them as well; does that make sense? I think it doesn't, but eh, what the heck?

Also, this kind of book is new to me, so please, don't flame me! I appreciate constructive criticism, but I do not, I repeat, DO NOT want to be cursed out in the comments as a result of writing this book! I have had this happen to me before, and I will not hesitate to work on getting another user's account removed because of it! Just a warning to all the people that think that homosexual people are demons, filth, disgraces, etc.

Anyway, here is the first chapter!

I sat in silence as I waited for a reaction from my parents, looking at the wall behind them to give the illusion that I was looking at them directly. "Out," my dad growled, his eyes heavy with disgust as he glared at me; my mom gasped in horror at her husband's reaction; that gave me some satisfaction. "Lutra!" she said angerly, but I stood up in a deceptively calm fashion, silencing her quickly.  "Don't, mom; I planned for this," I told her, pleading her to stay silent. I let my feet fall lightly as I went to my room, taking the stairs two at a time; I could already hear them arguing as I headed up. A wide space awaited me, one that I knew I was not going to see again for a while, if ever again. Looking at my clock, I got my phone and called Flame, my lover.

He picked up on the third ring. "Brandon?" Josh asked, my emotional shell cracking, but not giving as I sat heavily on my bed. I told him what happened and he told me he would be over in thirty. "Thanks, babe. Love you," I said, keeping the tears out of my voice for his sake. "I love you too," he replied, making a kissing noise; I did the same before hanging up, sighing.

Leaning forward, I reached under my arms under my bed and pulled out my duffle bag, already packed with everything I would be taking with me; I had packed it the night before, already knowing this would happen. "Bran-Bran?" I heard a hesitant voice ask, one that brought tears to my eyes. I looked up to see Jessica there, my older sister looking at me with concern, more so when my tears started to fall. "Did you tell them?:" she asked, taking a seat beside me, her voice heavy with concern as she comforted me. Jessica was the only other Pokemon that knew about my homosexuality; she found out on accident, having walked in me and Josh making out on my bed.

I calmed myself down by taking a deep, shuttering breath, nodding to her. "Oh Bran-Bran," Jessica murmured, embracing me lovingly. "I will talk to dad, okay?" Jessica said, looking me in the eyes as she made her promise. "Thank you, Jessie," I said, getting a smile out of me like she usually does, no matter the situation.

Soon, a knock came from the door downstairs, a knock I and my sister knew all too well. "I'll get it!" we heard our mom call from downstairs. "I'll go distract dad; say hi to Jos for me," Jessica told me before she dashed off, running down the stirs. I took one last look around my old room as I picked up my bag, saying a silent goodbye."Oh, hey Jose! What a lovely surprise!" my mom said as I reached the final stair, my boyfriends greeting to low for me to hear. "Please do come in; you must be freezing!" my mom said, getting me to blush lightly as I headed to the entrance hall, rounding the corner sharply. Instantly, my eyes met the charming, hazel green eyes that I fell in love with the first time I saw them. A concerned light was in them as Josh thanked my mom, but declined politely. "I am only here to pick up Brandon, ma'am," Josh chuckled, explaining himself with a smile.

I guess the look on my face must have given us away because my mom smiled knowingly as she looked down at Josh. "Take care of my Brandon, okay?" my mom asked Josh; my love just smiled before vowing that he would, making my heart melt. 'Screw dad,' I thought, setting down my bag before I hugged my Quiliva, even giving him a kisss as thanks; he blushed as I silently hoped that my dad would walk in here and see me. I was brought back by mom coughing. "I love you mom," I told my mom, giving her a fierce hug before I threw on a jacket, Zipping it up as Josh picked up my bag, a heated blush on his face. "Goodbye, Bran-Bran; love you too," my mom replied before I led Josh back outside, only to be slapped by a winter wind as a greeting, my cheeks stinging from the coldness.
