He is the sea god.

(Also he has a real life counterpart. He is an actual azumarill named Justin. I also have one named Liam. I thought Justin would be a fitting name for him because Liam is a body-of-water god and he's an azumarill, and Justin is my other azumarill so..... Logic? Idk. I just think it fits somehow.)
