Another one of my characters in Some_Random_Person98's Somewhat Super rp book.

The scales are a bìtch, but I think they turn out okay. I know they're supposed to be light-green, but I thought I change them to be blue with a sort of greenish tint to them.

Also I'm proud of how I drew Michie's expression. :)  And just so everyone knows, this isn't really her official outfit since it's just to show off where her scales are! XD

Rank: Trainee, as she still have yet to learn how to control her powers and is prohibited from going outside the base until she has. (But that doesn't stop her from sneaking out occassionally. Shh!)

Gender: Female

Personality: Initially, Michie can come across as airheaded and socially awkward, even moreso on the latter when she's struggling to find any correct words to say when conversing since she's still learning how to speak English. Once she's warming up to someone, her childish, energetic and playful attitude shows(Such as dances spontaneously or skipping around). She's kind, helpful, and a person who'd rather avoid confrontations as much as she can by adding in some jokes or suggest going somewhere fun to keep the situation she's in lighthearted. As her kind nature is her strength, it's also her weakness as anyone can take advantage of it to get what they want, and even if Michie knew they are, she lets them. However when Michie gets angry or passive-agressive, she expressed those feelings by muttering retaliating comments in her native language.

Description: Pale skin, amber eyes, small elf-like ears, long straight thick black hair that reaches her lower back, average height, and light build. She also has short stubby horns on each side of her head, almost hidden in her hair, short canines(though a bit longer than an average human), and light-green imbricate scales that spreads almost her entire back, her sides and the top of her thighs. Usually wears either hats or two bows to hide her horns and keeps her ears hidden in her hair.

Powers: Hydrokinesis(Can also change temperature to water near her depending on her mood, such as warm when she's happy or playful, hot when angry, or cool when feeling distant or lost in thought), dragon morphing (Oriental dragon, specifically. Can also fly in dragon form)

Weakness: Susceptible to electricity when performing hydrokinesis, controlling mass amounts of water(ex. lake, ponds, ocean) over an excessive amount of time can exhaust her, can't summon water in a very heated area where there's little to no moisture in the air(Like being in a desert, for instance). The process of dragon morphing can be painful for her, as her body and bones have to stretch and rest of her scales grow out of her skin. By the time she completely turns in and out of her dragon form, her body tends to feel extreme aches all over and she would need atleast an hour or more to alleviate herself. She'll also feel sluggish when exposed to cold temperatures. Despite being able to fly in her dragon form, her fear of heights inhibit her from wanting to do so and tends to avoid flying as much as possible.

Fears: Heights, thunderstorms or electricity in general, any sign of frost(including snow), fire.

Weapons: Do water bottles count?
