Darkrosecatlover, this is the futuristic guy I was talking about. I finally remembered his name to be Videns, and I don't know why the name found its way back into my head, but it did.

Videns is a soldier from the army. He has two blasters, one in his hand and one in its holster. His coat thing has diamond patterns on it, his boots have metal on them, and the thing on his eye is sort of like a scanner, like Freisa in DBZ. I suck at drawing the other eye, I can never get it right, so I improvised and drew that thing instead...
