The Underground. Home of a race long forgotten: monsters. Centuries ago, they had been banished to the Underground after they lost the war with humans, a race they had previously lived harmoniously with. Now, they can only hope to see the surface again one day, and to do that, they need seven humans Souls.

And a problem has befallen the royal scientist.

Having two sons already, W.D. Gaster was not expecting to get another child, specifically a child born a human, a child with hair as white as snow and eyes as red as a DETERMINATION Soul, but a child that was so weak and sickly that she could die at any time. With no answers to his questions, Gaster spent the majority of his daughter's childhood searching for a cure, while his sons would soon be left worrying and caring for their youngest sibling when he suddenly disappeared.

This is the story of Futura, a human Soul and a fellow monster Soul, as they overcome obstacles and create a life for themselves.
