For eighteen years, Vivi had been locked in a tower, far from civilization by her mother Shiromori, unaware that she is the long lost princess of the Yukino kingdom, stolen from her family as a baby because of her hair containing powers of healing and eternal youth. She dreams of finding the source of the lanterns that always appear on her birthday, and when a thief arrives to her tower, that dream may finally become a reality.

Arthur Kingsmen is a thief who was forced into that life in order to provide for his family. With a heart of gold and a soul that is breaking apart, he wishes for more out of his life than the one he has, and when he meets a mysterious girl with ridiculously long blue hair locked in a tower, he may finally get it.

Lewis Pepper is Arthur's best friend, working at his family's restaurant and conflicted about his feelings for his thief friend. He wishes to save him from himself, but never expects him to find a blue-haired girl who is hiding secrets that not even she is aware about.

These three people will decide the fate of each other and an entire kingdom, but those actions will also decide who will live and who will die. Will their growing feelings for each other save them, or will it be the thing that destroys them?
