When inexperienced but eager explorers Vivi Yukino and Lewis Pepper, along with their dog companion Mystery, are invited on an expedition to find the lost city of Atlantis, they couldn't help but accept. After all, Vivi was determined to complete her grandmother's research through the mysterious Shepherd's journal, and Lewis is hoping to find anything related to Atlantis and support his family.

However, what they find will be more than discovery and research, especially when they meet the prince of the Atlantis royal family, Arthuris, who is curious and intrigued by them. However, the Guardians of Atlantis, their own comrades, and the dark truth about Atlantis' demise will put them, the royal family, and all of Atlantis in danger.

So what will they do to save everyone, especially when Vivi, Lewis, and Arthuris find themselves falling in love with each other?
