Basic plot summary- Ms. Ashleigh is a well-known therapist in her area, and she specializes with kids from ages 8-18. One week, she introduces something called a Groupnal. The kids can write in it if they don't feel comfortable talking about it, or if they need to let pressure out. It's available to all her clients, as well as people who stop by. All they have to do is rig a little bell and she'll bring it out to them. No one else will read their entry, not even Ms. Ashleigh unless they want her to. The book would be a collection of all the entries.
