This book would be about a runt who grew up to be the most special cat. Doesn't take place in clans, doesn't take place in two-leg dens. It takes place near a beach where the water-flyers (seagulls) fly a lot. Prey is almost always plentyful.

[insert name here] was the runt of his litter, a litter of seven kits, and still the son/daughter of the king/empurrer/monarch/other names (halp). He was the smallest and the oldest. He was the heir to the "throne".

His/her brothers and sisters hated him/her, because they obviously wanted to be the king/whatever. So they all made a plan to kill him/her. The plan worked and the heir died, but the other siblings were fighting for the "throne." So the Starry Sky sent the rightful heir back to the world and he/she took his/her rightful place on the throne.

There were also festivals when the heir and the most common cat would duel. It wouldn't be to the death, but to see how strong the other cat is. This is where the heir's sibling faked him/her self to fight. They had training from the Cleared Sky and won, killing the heir. 

But he/she didn't get away with it lightly. They were executed on the spot for killing the heir. Only then did they know that the cat was the heir's brother/Sister.

(Possibility) Book 2 would be about how he/she ruled. They ruled well and wisely. They wouldn't charge into unessicary battle or treason. They wouldn't execute other cats for crime (depending on how terrible the crime), but they would send the troublemakers into a cell made out of plastic collected from the beach's shore.
