Jfc Xander's design took forever y'all have no idea

So Xander is-plot twist- Max's love interest. Yeah, I thought about it for awhile like "should I make my son gay???" And then I went "fuck it he's gay and there's gonna be a whole thing about it."

And here I am.

So Xander is a bit of an asshole. Then again, he's not very mentally stable but who really cares? Fire is lit. Yep, he loves burning shit. As you can see, he's got a bunch of pockets which most contain matches, fireworks, and usually a pack of cigarettes. So why would my good boy Max ever have a crush on Xander? Hahahaha, I thought it out quite thoroughly.

They met about two years back in a class. Max had a "oh shit he's hot" moment but the crush only developed truly after about a year. They'd started hanging out more. Xander would always take him to weird places. One day, he took Max to an abandoned warehouse. So, Max was already confused as fuck about his feelings by then. He had an "oh shit I'm gay" moment when Xander and him had a conversation that basically turned into a session of confession and trying to outdo each other. Xander had genuinely laughed and smiled at him when he was frustrated with the fact that he couldn't win. 'Twas beautiful.

So, the crush has been there ever since.

Lily does not approve of Xander though. She finds him to be untrustworthy and, frankly, an idiot. Though it's kind of thanks to Xander that Max can keep Lily under control because Xander's really got no control. Though that's thanks to an alcoholic mother and a dad that left faster than my will to live. So, he's basically raised himself. Destruction is how he deals with his problems, really.

He's 6'3. Always wearing a hoodie even in the hottest of weather. Pockets are a necessity for him along with cigarettes. He's pretty social but doesn't trust many. Doesn't know about Lily. Max's only other friend. His hair's pretty long only because he's too lazy to get it cut. Secretly has to wear glasses but wears contacts instead to save himself from embarrassment/shame. He likes to feel cool.

And yeah, that's Xander.

Idk what I'm doing with my life.

Should I write a book or a comic about these characters? Bc I'm not sure.
