The Force Awakens

I saw The Force Awakens
Before I go on-
WARNING! MAJOR MAJOR MAJOR SPOILERS I'M ABOUT TO SAY, IF YOU DONT WANT STAR WARS SPOILERS DONT YOU EVEN CONTEMPLATE READING ON!!!!!!!

Okay.
May I just say that the movie was spectacular? Really, it was. JJ Abrams, you deserve a round of applause!
*clapping*

Going into the theater I do admit I was nervous. I mean, c'mon, I had a right to, did you not see how horrible the prequels were?

So yeah I was scared that I'd get prequel stupidity- Padmé and Anakin's creepy romance, political meetings, stupid story lines, and worst of all *shudders* *gags* *shivers* *vomits* *croaks* Jar Jar Binks *vomits again*

Thankfully, none of this happened. The Seventh episode in the Star Wars series was outstanding, and brought back the original films spector.

I actually started crying when the movie started because I was overcome with feels, like OMG STAR WARS IS BACK EEEEEEEEKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!

Also, I'm not sure why, but Rey reminds me of Cinder. Anyone else think that? She just does, probably the dark hair and that she's a mechanic- idk, she looks like Cinder to me.

Moving on to the stormtroopers.

Honestly, I expected that PERHAPS in THIRTY, lemme enunciate- THIRTY years, the stormtroopers may have slightly improved their aim and actually, oh I don't know, practiced how to kill people maybe?

I was mistaken.

I counted two people shot. In the entire movie. Two. (Excluding the gathered people that Kylo Renn ordered to be exterminated- but that hardly counts! They were gathered and standing still, and I'm positive that they missed a few times or were aiming for something else and accidentally shot an innocent, for they can't shoot anything to save their freaking lives).

So maybe they improved their aim a little compared to missing every single shucking time.

BB-8 is adorable!!!!

Okay, so then Finn meets Po, helps him escape, Po "dies". (I thought of Finnick because Finn is so close to the same name, and Po from Graceling!)

I WAS SO OVERJOYED WHEN HAN CAME BACK, FINDING THE MILLENNIUM FALCON IT BROUGHT BACK SO MANY MEMORIES!!!
And then Han being in debt scene, I laughed really hard because that's just like Han LOL!

Who else ships Rey and Finn? I SHIPPED THEM IMMEDIATELY! "Stop holding my hand!" HAHA SO CUTEEEE!!! Ship name? Fey? Rinn?

And it was sweet how when Rey got captured Finn was so distraught.

Anyway, I'm really hoping we uncover more on Rey's past. Who are the people she's been anticipating? (I'm guessing parents . . .)

OKAY HAN AND LEIA THO
We find out that Han and Leia's kid is the sinister sith lord, Kylo Renn.

God dam, Star Wars families are seriously crazy.

If I ever have kids in the future, if, I'm so going to use this against them-

"Oh, so you think our family is crazy and broken? Just look at Star Wars! Luke never knew his dad, and when he finally met him, his dad chopped off his hand and revealed that he, the evil villain Luke has been resenting and attempting to destroy, IS his father! So we can't be that bad, right?"

Welp, I've totally spoiled Star Wars for future children.

I'M SO UPSET AND DISTRAUGHT OVER THE END OF TFA!!!

I'm just going to say this- Han has always and WILL always remain my absolute favorite Star Wars character. He's the bad boy, rebellious, hilarious- he's amazing.

Here's the major spoiler. Ready? Here goes-

Han Solo, an all time favorite character in the Star Wars series, the AMAZING one who EVERYONE LOVES DIES

No return- dead.

It was so sad. So so so sad. I sobbed so hard and I'm tearing up writing this.

I've been watching Star Wars since I was little, it's a classic favorite that my family watches again and again. I loved Han and Leia's relationship, I cheered on each kiss. I loved that Han was such a daredevil, baddish type that Leia didn't WANT to end up with but couldn't help but fall for.

He was my favorite. If you haven't seen the movies and read on just for the fun of it, I cannot express my adoration for Han. He's that awesome of a character.

And now he's gone.

And you all know that I'm always finding theories and possibilities for survival, but this one . . .

Han walks on a bridge- contraption (without railing. Without railing!) And he talks with his horrible, shuck-faced son.

For a second, it seems like Han is getting through to his lost, unforgivable son.

My subconsciousness was warning me, telling me, no! He's the bad guy, and he will be the bad guy for two more movies after! He won't turn good on movie one- he probably won't turn good!

Still . . .

Then Kylo Renn takes out his lightsaber, holding it, and I knew, I knew.

The other characters run to the platform to see what's happening.

Kylo Renn stabs Han Solo- the Han Solo in the stomach, through his gut, and we see the lightsaber go through his body and stick out of his back.

Hans eyes widened in surprise, and he gently caressed his son's cheek, and fell off the platform.

Still think theres a possibility for his survival? But no, JJ Abrams did not intend for him to live, and just for good measures to make sure they overkilled Han Solo just enough, they blew up the planet.

So, somewhere in that ruckus is the stabbed, bruised and limp Han- who is now in miniature pieces.

There goes every possible 'how Han could have survived' theory.

I'm crying.

Rey was crying, I was sobbing, and Chewies reaction was heartbreaking.

Remember, Chewie and Han are the inseperable duo. And Chewie saw his closet friend murdered in front of him by Han's son.

Leia's reaction was devastating. How Rey and Leia hugged silently because the both knew . . .

Remember how C-3P0 mentioned to BB-8 that R2-D2 had shut down after Luke vanished?

Chewie sat in that corner, depressed, because Han is gone. And then R2 woke up. It was almost like saying that Chewie replaced R2's despair.

Oh yeah, btw, I was totally expecting Luke to be evil but was mistaken, also convinced that Jar Jar is a Sith lord- still convinced, and if it's true, it may just make up for those horrible prequels.

There was this really cool fight scene where Rey found the force which I appreciated, but not as much because I was still ugly sobbing over Han Solo (don't judge guys. He's been my role model since like 5 years old. Awful role model for a kindergartener, but still).

I knew that movie would end when it did but that didn't stop me from silently whispering don't end don't end don't end

It did

Right when we find Luke.

Also, I'm upset with Luke. Sure, he feels responsible for Kylo Renn's betrayal, but still if anyone had a right to go into hiding and cry, it would've been Han and Leia the PARENTS!!!

Plus, if it weren't for Luke's sudden dissapearence, not informing anyone of this, HAN WOULD STILL BE ALIVE! (Because Kylo needed the map, and Rey had seen it, and they captured her, Han and Finn went after her, and yeah . . .
Let's blame Luke!)

All in all, this movie was outstanding but I HATE THEM FOR KILLING OFF ONE OF MY FAVORITE CHARACTERS OF ALL TIME!!!!!!!

*sobbing sobbing sobbing*

So guys, what'd you think of the movie? Whose your favorite character? Anyone as pissed off as me about Han dying? DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY PLAUSIBLE THEORIES FOR HIS UNLIKELY SURVIVAL?

Cookies for all! *eats blue cookies whilst sobbing*
May the force be with you and may the odds be ever in your favor. Peace out and all that demigodishness!
