If you don't know what this ^ is then I'll explain real quick.

Its this thing that happens once a year (I think) where each state sends a girl to compete to be 'Ms. America' and she pretty much represents America. The contest has fifty girls, one from each state. They dress up in gowns and stuff and answer government questions that I never understand (because I don't pay much attention in school)
As much as I hate to admit it, I always look forward to this competition. Every girl has an inner Aphrodite hidden in them, somewhere deep down waiting to be unleashed. And I guess when I watch the contest my Aphrodite shows because there are gowns that are shiny and pretty and . . . Oh gosh I need to lock the Aphrodite-ness back away.
Also, as much as I hate to admit it, every little girl wants to be a princess. If you say you've never once dreamed that then you just failed Candor iniation.
Anyway. The whole thing just reminds me of the Selection.
Thirty five girls chosen from each province
Fifty from each state
Fans vote for their favorites or hometown
Only one is chosen to get the crown
Dresses, etiquette, questions, yummy food, etc.
This is the Selection. And Illéa, like Panem, is the future America.
And I'm gonna point another thing out.
