1. add your background and your foreground, make sure you got all sides covered and then merge and save.

* if it doesn't fit, mask the bottom or top and make it the same color the top or bottom. i.e., if I don't like a certain area and it's a weird color.. I'll make it that weird color.

2. go on some filter app and choose what you like best and save. then add your font and your username and boom! you're done!
