sorry I didn't update. I couldn't find something else to make a tutorial on so... here's a tutorial on how to make a border on picsart! requested by @maoritanga. enjoy!

1. have a plain book cover (it can be black or white) and go on picsart.

2. once on the app, find draw and tap that pencil icon. then tap the triangle and circle icon, it'll bring up this:

* tap stroke and you'll get the outline effect.

3. make a rectangle and then move the little white boxes or the circle arrow and make sure you have patience for this. (I didn't for the first time and it stressed me out lol) and once it's centred or almost centred, tap the check mark and boom! you're done!
