Though I had the idea in development hell since 2013-2014.

Around 2014-ish since it was originally about a tomboy named Mandy D. Mann, a blonde prepubescent between the age of 9-12 who grows up in a seemingly boring neighborhood with her teenage older brother, Kent.

Kent Daniel Mann views himself as a womanizer, though in reality he is more of a class clown who gets into trouble with his friends, Curt and Derek, in a ploy to fit in just like any teenager looking to belong in the scheme of society.

Nancy Gauthier, a red-haired cat-loving feminist, and the Mann siblings' next door neighbor. Nancy is around Kent's age and is attracted to Kent to a certain extent, but can't get over her narcissistic complex.

The relationship dynamic within the story is more of teenage hijinks, weird neighbors with a smidge of satire related to the supernatural, friendship, bullying, cyberbullying, family, speculations, popular culture during the 2010s, conspiracy theories, slice-of-life and the occassional sibling bonding.

Since I cannot elaborate any further because I don't wanna tire nor bore myself out explaining how many characters are in the mix within the limbo state of the scrapped story.
