Though to me it looks like the Empire State building has been turned upside down. Random rambling aside; I think there should be a story about a siren/human hybrid moving to a big city to escape the old lifestyle of being a merfolk residing a coastline to adapt into a new environment before realizing that her dream of becoming a professional could be dampened because the CEO wants to demolish a building that is linked to a reservoir or something, and make the wealthy CEO the main antagonist.

Instead of the typical CEO billionaire genre, how about a consultant? A company has a CEO, an administrator, a secretary, a caretaker, an assistant, a security guard, where are the consultants at?
