Apps you need
PicsArt

Open a blank cover into PicsArt. Then add your first top image towards the top of the cover almost covering half of the whole page.

Press apply and then add your second image like the first but towards the bottom of the page.

It should look something like the image above. Once you've hit apply again add your third and final image which will be your png of a ripped paper.

I found these on Google but I'm sure there are more you can find!

Once you've pressed apply again your cover should be completed! And you should be able to put whatever filter or font and title you would like!
