r u l e s:

1. I get to deny requests if I think that I simply can not do it, or if I think your rude.

2. You have to be following me @sadreadingchick

3. You have to fill out all the form, and if any field is missing, I'll try to inform you because the form has to be complete in order to make the cover for you.

4. You have to give credit to me. It doesn't matter how, as long as you do it.

5. Please use the cover for at least 5 days, I work really hard on them.

6. Type in the word 'anatomy' in the anything else section in your form so I know that you read the rules.

7. If I catch anyone promoting their book here, I'll delete the comment and won't do your cover.

8. I'm a very busy person so if it takes me a long time to finish your cover, please understand why.

9. Your book has to be published. {rule added on 1/23/2017}
