Peter D'Angelo, an Italian-American, is a recent high school graduate all the way from his home state of New York, studying abroad in Taiwan for the subject in Liberal Arts.

During one day, he bumps into a girl named Hiromi Nguyen, apologizing profusely for making her drop her books until he makes eye contact with her, causing her to let out a small smile at him.

The next time they meet, Hiromi starts to take a liking to Peter as she starts to try having a conversation with him during lunch one day, but does she start to have feelings for him?
