Jed Smith is a high schooler at Whitetail High and loves the outdoors with his father while his mother was the typical stay-at-home mom.

On the first day of school, Jed meets a shy girl named Jessica Black, nicknamed Jess, and he starts to like her, but he quickly finds out that she never had any friends and the only family she has left is her Uncle Dutch, whom she lives with.

One day, Jess finds herself not trusting anyone after she gets bullied by a couple of jocks from the school, making Jed step up for her and treat her as if he'd known her all his life, but what does she think of him and his ways of trying to make friends with her?

Alright, let me get this outta the way: honestly, after watching some Far Cry 5 gameplay, there's one character that I relate to the most and it's Jess.

She and I are kinda similar, we're sometimes anti-social, we've been through a ton of shit throughout our lives, and we have a thing for the outdoors.

With Jess being anti-social in the game, why not do a story about this?
