Six months after the tournament, Daniel and Tommy, and Mr. Miyagi leave for Okinawa, Japan to attend the potential passing of Miyagi's father.

While visiting the village, a new nemesis named Chozen starts to bully Daniel and Tommy for being foreigners while a girl named Kumiko starts to find Daniel attractive, which Tommy understood.

However, Tommy meets a girl named Misaki, Kumiko's childhood friend, as the two start to become really good friends a while once they got to know each other, but Misaki starts to fall for him after he was so kind to her on so many occasions. How does he react to her after she confesses to him?

Again, I said I'm not a fan of remakes but that doesn't mean I don't like sequels. They're hit or miss in my personal opinion. If the sequel gets a ton of positive reviews, I'll watch it. If it gets a ton of negative reviews, I won't watch it. If a sequel gets a ton of mixed reviews, then I won't watch it. That's just how I do business.

This sequel worked for me and I can't say the same for Part 3. It was a miss, so the first one and Part 2 will be the ones that I'll do in the future once Part 1 is finished.
