You're Y/N L/N, a teen who came into the stone world thanks to Senku Ishigami. However, before becoming petrified and turned to stone, you have many skills in survival and learned to live off the land.

While surviving with Senku, you help out a cute blonde girl named Kohaku, but little did you know, you were falling in love with her. What will she think of you?

I've never done a Dr. Stone X Male Reader fanfic before and I just started watching the anime.

All I know is that it's about a scientist who ends up over 2000 years ahead into the future by an accident in a science lab, turning the entire world into stone and Senku, the main character, manages to get out of the stone-like trance and start again with some friends and some people he doesn't know about, like Kohaku, the daughter of a leader in a clan she's a part of.

Kohaku is a very likable character because of how cute she is in the anime and I've read some fanfics on here about the anime, Dr. Stone, having the male reader insert falling in love with her. They aren't done, but I know that they'll come back and finish the story.

I recommend watching the anime just to get an idea of what it's about before heading into it.

And fun fact, the title is a play on the infamous SpongeBob episode "Survival of The Idiots", but instead of "idiots", I put "lovers" in there to make it all the more awesome.
