Finley Flanigan hasn't always has the best of friends besides Kevin Owens, the one man he trusts, but a certain Genius of The Sky fall for him takes an interest in him. Will she fall for him?

Yes, this is the OG Io Shirai fanfic that I've done, but it was a request book for a friend named Citizen_Soldier16 and the truth is, after looking back on this book, it was so cringey after so many years of not reading it.

First, the OC is from England and he has trouble with making friends and whatnot, which I thought was really cool because I sometimes have trouble making friends, whether it's on and off wattpad.

Second, there are some stuff that I might have to change and redo because this was the first book I've introduced Deathmatch wrestling and I've put it in almost every WWE book until All Day, the supposedly last Io Shirai fanfic until I came up with "Red Is For Love".

The reason I stopped doing the Deathmatch wrestling stuff was because I thought it was getting tiresome. I won't be putting that in anytime soon and the only way I'll bring it back is when the timing's right and it's to blow off the feud. I wanted to take a permanent vacation from that and I'm glad I did so I can look at other wrestling styles instead of deathmatches.

Thirdly, there were some things that made me regret doing a request book and the one thing that I plan on taking off the story are the rap battles! Okay, Citizen_Soldier, if you're reading this, I won't be putting in the rap battles in this remake. I have an idea on how to make Finley's first feud entertaining without having those battles take place, and I hope you understand why I made this decision.

Fourthly, I had former wrestler and longest reigning PROGRESS Wrestling Champion Jimmy Havok make an appearance because he was a favorite of mine, but due to him getting released by AEW because of the harassment claims, I will be taking that out too. I'm sorry, but I have to for the sake of not getting called out or anything.

And lastly, I plan on having the same dialogue that I was given for Finley's promos, but I'm gonna update them a little bit, just to remind readers that it's still the same plot line, but just a couple things that I wanted to change while making the book enjoyable.

For the song that my friend gave me to use for Finley, I'm keeping it because it fits him and the title of this book is based off the song, and I personally thought it was a nice touch.

Hopefully, when I get "Red Is For Love" done, along with some other stories, I might get this remake started.
