Peter De Luca is an Italian foreign exchange student from Brooklyn, New York, residing in Tokyo, Japan as a student after he failed his parents' pleas of stop getting into trouble with bullies and other problems.

De Luca also never had any good luck with girls, since he always thought that every girl was taken, but what if a girl named Yui Fujita, a part of a family that Peter lives with in Tokyo, tries to change his mind?
