Alex Büdgen, the younger brother of Tom Büdgen, best known under the ring name "Tommy End", is professional kickboxer and professional wrestler under the ring name, "Alexander Doom".

As Alex looked to make a name in NXT, he meets a Scottish cutie named Nicola Glencross, better known as Nikki Cross in NXT, but best known as Nikki Storm in the indies.

Alex and Nicola become very good friends upon their first meeting as Nicola start to have feelings for Alex a couple months into their tenure in NXT.
