Today was suppose to be a welcoming morning for Taehyung. Unfortunately, he was not in the mood for it. Hugging his bolster tight, the young boy stared blankly at the window. He glanced over to his partner who was still soundly asleep with his mouth slightly agape emitting out light snores. He caresses the maknae's soft cheeks before returning his gaze back to the glass window.

Jimin's words was on replay in his head.

Would you have done the same for me?

Taehyung never really thought of that but in one way or another, he would. He didn't realize he has been committing so much of his time to his partner that he had neglected his own brother and best friend. While the young boy is submerged in his own bubble of thoughts, his partner started to flutter his eyes open welcoming the morning with a bright smile. "Good morning, Tae" he greeted. He got up to repositioned himself closer to his partner who replied a monotonous good morning back.

"Hey what's wrong?" the little one asked, full of concern.

"Hmm? Oh its nothing" he lied. He was not in the mood either to speak to anyone. "Liar" Jungkook uttered under his breath. Since he is a vampire now, he decided to compel Taehyung into spilling the truth. He looked straight into his eyes, his pupils started to dilate and he commanded, "Tell me the truth"

Instantly, Taehyung fell under his compulsion. He admitted the truth about him being distracted with Jimin's words and he may consider to have a short getaway for the week with his bestfriend to mend things between them and he wants nothing to do with Jungkook for the meantime since he has been investing so much of his time to him.

Jungkook gasped.

He blinked once to break the compulsion. Taehyung felt a little dizzy after the reaction broke. "What h-happened?" he stuttered, massaging his temple. It took a little while before Taehyung realized what was happening. "Jeon..."

"What?" he answered rudely.

"Did you compel me earlier on?"

"Whatever"

"You're a vampire again, aren't you?"

"Does it even matter?"

"What the-" the maknae was getting on Taehyung's nerves. "And you didn't have the courtesy to discuss with me beforehand?"

The younger ignored his lover. He got up from bed to walk towards the bathroom. "Jeon Jungkook, I'm talking to you"

Again. He ignored.

Taehyung suppressed his anger, he doesn't want to have a couples feud early in the morning. He doesn't understand why Jungkook wouldn't answer him yet in one way or another, knowing him well, he knows what was on the other's mind.

Vampire powers or not.

"It's about Jimin, isn't it?"

That caught the younger's attention. From the corner of his eyes, Jungkook looked at Taehyung while brushing his teeth and back to the mirror again. The elder sighed. He loves Jeon, yes he does. Unfortunately, the younger gets jealous easily and he definitely can get controlling. Taehyung has committed so much, wait no, all of his time to Jungkook. They live under one roof, they sleep together, sometimes even shower together. They see each other 24/7 and they aren't even a married couple yet the elder invested all his time for him.

Despite all these, Jungkook still wants Taehyung all to himself like come on, give me a break. That's what Taehyung would chant to himself every now and then.

"Fine. Ignore me all you want. I'm going down to see Jimin"

"Don't bother"

"I'm sorry?"

"I said" Jungkook moved closer. "Don't bother"

"What did you do?"

"I released him while you were asleep"

"You-" Taehyung took a couple of second to comprehend this situation. "WHAT?!"

"I. Released. Him"

"What in the world is wrong with you? First, you become a vampire without discussing with me. Second, you release him without my consent and third, you're behaving like a douche when none of this is my fault"

"Oh yeah?" He retaliated. "And you don't bother asking me why I'm acting like this?"

Taehyung backed away, still trying his best to manage his anger. "It's because of me wanting to have a getaway with Jimin, isn't it? Ah come on, Jeon, you out of all people should understand. I rarely spend time with him anymore. What's wrong with just a week away? Give me a break please"

Jungkook cringe listening to his last line. "Give you a break? So you are trying to say that I'm too controlling?"

"As a matter of fact, yes"

Jungkook knew that Taehyung was right. Sadly, ever since his transition into a vampire, his emotions are heightened. Anger may lead to a grudge and sadness may lead to grief. Reason why he wanted to become a vampire because he think that this would make Tae happy.

Jungkook himself doesn't know why he would rashly decide on being a vampire without having a discussion with his lover. When they decided to turn human, both parties agreed no matter how hesitant Tae was but because he wanted to be happy with the love of his life, he went with it anyway.

Jungkook started to cry processing all these thoughts in his head. The elder expression started to change noticing the younger. "Tae? I'm sorry"

Taehyung remained silent.

"Sorry for not talking it out with you first about being a vampire. Sorry I get too over possessive and couldn't even let you go for a week getaway with your own best friend and sorry for the way I acted earlier. I'm so-"

All the elder did was placed a finger on his cupid bow lips and brought him closer for a hug. "Shush. Can we please not do this?" He released and cupped the younger's cheeks. "I don't want us to argue"

"At least say you forgive me?"

"Of course I do, silly"

Jungkook let out a sigh of relive. He is blessed with such an understanding, forgiving partner. He couldn't ask for better. Silence enveloped the air once more. Taehyung was cleaning up the bed while Jungkook stared out the window. No words was exchange.

Tae's cellphone rang, making the both of them flinched hearing his loud Hello Bitches ringtone. He uttered a sorry kookie before answering the call from an unknown number.

Yo

Hearing that, he automatically knew it was Yoongi.

Oh hey Yoongi hyung! How's Tokyo?

It's hyperactive here man

I decided to go for a haircut today then all of a sudden, the hairdresser decided to dye my hair black

She kept saying hansamu hansamu

Hahaha hyung, she's saying you're handsome

Oh right. You understand Japanese

Yup so when are you planning to come back?

I don't think I ever will

I'm planning to prolong my stay here

For real, hyung? Whoa Tokyo must be really awesome

Hell yeah it is. The people here are so energetic!

Anyway, are things under control there?

Taehyung paused. Jungkook barged in by shouting in the background.

YOONGI HYUNG IM NOW A VA-

Taehyung immediately shushed him.

Is that Jungkook? What's he saying?

Ah nothing hyung

I heard him saying some V word

Oh that! He's saying that his virginity has been broken

Sheesh. Everyone knows that

Y-yeah. Wait what?

Ah nevermind. I have a race going on in ten minutes. I should get going

Woah, you're a racer now?

Fast and furious

Drift drift drift

Hahaha kiddo, you sure know how to talk

"I'm sure you heard most of it?" Taehyung faced his partner who could clearly hear every single word of the conversation since he has his super hearing abilities. "Sure did. Good cover up by the way" he winked.

"Wouldn't it be awesome if we were in Tokyo too?" Jungkook remarked. His lover nodded, imagining what it would be like if they did get out of the country which is highly impossible since Jungkook is starting school and Tae would go back to his daily routine as a barista.

"I have to ask though. Where is Jimin? Did he say anything?"

"No, I'm so sorry but I doubt so he is far since he's now human"

Taehyung got worried. Jimin no longer has a family since his parents passed away when he was little. The only family he had ever since then was Tae. He decided to go down to the living room to ask his beloved mother for help. Once again, using the locator spell.

Taehyung handed over a necklace Jimin used to always wear around his neck which he then gave to Tae as a friendship gift. Using that, his mother was able to pinpoint his exact location. Tae's instincts was right. Jimin is with someone dear to his heart.

Jung Hoseok.

Taehyung thanked his mother for being such a great help. She smiled looking at her son who never gives up on the people he loves.

"Alright let's cab there, kookie"

"Why cab when we can super speed?" Jungkook smirked, tapping his back. He piggyback the elder and warned. "Hold tight, this is going to be fast and furious"

"Omo, Jiminie!" Taehyung sprinted to his best friend the moment they reached Hoseok's apartment. "Are you okay?"

"Y-yeah" he muttered. "Just a little weak I guess"

Hoseok was in the kitchen, cooking up chicken porridge for the poor little boy who was sitting on the couch with his back slightly hunched and his skin ever so pale.

Even though these two had a complicated relationship, they love each other dearly. They each have their own faults and mistakes, they falter every now and then but at the end of the day, forgiveness never fail to play a huge part between these two.

"H-how did y-you know I'm h-here?" The said boy was shivering cold. His transition into a human wasn't easy but he knew he has to adapt to this before it gets better. Taehyung said he found him through a locator spell. He then started apologizing to his best friend for being such a fool.

Being such a soft hearted person, Jimin forgive him with an open heart and he too, seek forgiveness from Tae which he gladly obliged.

"Jimin hyung?" Jungkook looked at him apologetically, "I'm sorry too. Please forgive me" he did a ninety degree bow as a form of respect and regret to the wrongs he has done.

"H-hey. It's okay" Jimin patted his back and smiled at the young one as he slowly raised his head up.

"Ah isn't this a happy ending?" Hoseok commented while holding a bowl of chicken porridge to feed the young boy. He sat beside Jimin, placing the back of his hand to feel his forehead. "Still warm" he then took a spoonful of porridge, jokingly teasing the little one to say aaahh chimchim. That made Jimin giggle a little seeing how remarkably thoughtful and adorable this guy could get.

Taehyung and Jungkook smiled gently seeing such a wonderful sight displayed beside them. Hoseok taking care of Jimin, putting the past at the back of their mind and learning to love each other again is beautiful.

People do deserve second chances. It is up to the individual to let them prove it or not. It might falter, it might succeed. Nobody knows. For sure, you have to give it a try.

"Tae?"

"Hmm?"

"I love you" he whispered to his ear.

"Ayee I heard that" Hoseok teased.

"I love you too" he smiled.

"So do you want to drink this?" Jungkook brought a small bottle containing Jimin's vampire blood. Once consume, Taehyung would become vampire again in less than 24 hours.

"I was waiting for you to ask that" he smirked.

"But wait" Jungkook then turned to face Hoseok. "How about you, hyung? Do you want to be human with Jimin?"

Hoseok faced Jimin. He always wanted a normal life with him. He can still be human by drinking Taehyung's blood. "Jimin?" He asked questionably as if to seek his consent.

"No hyung. It's good that between us, there will be someone who has supernatural abilities. You'll be able to protect us"

"But-"

"Yeah I know. Hey who says supernaturals can't be normal?"

Hoseok smiled approvingly to his statement. He rejected the offer of drinking Taehyung's blood and as for Tae, he decided to become vampire again. "You super sure, Tae?"

"Yes. I've always wanted to be a vampire remember?"

"Of course. So you'll be able to protect me correct?"

"Yeah but now since we both are, we can protect each other and maybe to the kids we will adopt one day" he winked. Jungkook blushed knowing that he sees a future of them together.

Taehyung opened up the bottle cap and took one final glance to each of them before cheering, "Bottoms up!"

The next day, everyone except Yoongi was gathered at Tae's mansion. They were having a get together bbq party. It's to celebrate the fact that everyone finally has a path in life which they have set. To forgive the past, to accept the present and to welcome the future.

Since Yoongi couldn't physically be there for them, they had a Skype session with him and yes indeed, Namjoon got jealous when he got to know that Yoongi is a racer seeing all those customized sports car at the background.

Yoongi also introduced his girlfriend who was a beautiful American-Japanese young woman and they fit perfectly with each other seeing how bright they smiled when they looked into each other's eyes.

They bid farewell to Yoongi wishing him all the best for his future endeavors, hoping to see him again one fine day.

The boys sat in a circle with a sparkling drink on hand. Seokjin's bottle was already empty so he set it in the middle with a smirk on his face.

"Truth or Dare, anyone?"

"Oh no. We are not doing that again"

The living room echoed with joyful laughter as they embraced each other near the fireplace.

See. Once again, the thing that started it all is also the thing that ended it.

Next time if you ever decide to play truth or dare with a group of friends, think twice.

You may never know where it would lead to.
