Michai's POV

The next day, Starlight opened the door again and we saw Marissa beside Starlight. Marissa gave us a little smile and it looked like she had a plan.

"Good morning! Any of you who would want to join us today?" Starlight asked us.

"Like we would." Dakota whispered.

"Shut up" I stared at her furiously and she shut her mouth. She brought us out again just like the other day.

"Please Join Us!" Someone said in the crowd.

"We love having new friends!" Another person said.

"I don't think this is how you treat friends." Dakota whispered. Her threats were becoming very meaningful, I hate Dakota for being smarter and smarter every second, I'm just not used to it.

"No one who wants to join us?" Starlight said. "Well then fine lock them in." Starlight said. The guards went was about to lock us up but Marissa looked a little nervous.

"WAIT!" Marissa said. Everyone looked at her.

"I would like to lock them up." Marissa made a fake smile. Everyone stared at her for a few minutes even we were staring at her.

"Well that's the spirit Marissa!" Starlight said happily. She locked us up but while doing that she told us about her plan. The plan was to distract Starlight somehow while Marissa finds for a bucket of water. I didn't get why she wanted to dump her with water but she should have a good reason. So we were about to start the plan but Starlight called someone.

"Shadow Glider?" Starlight said.

The guy that we talked to with Sugar Tiana and the girl was named Shadow Glider. He went out of the room and said sorry how many times to starlight and the others.

"Um, Starlight?" Marissa said later on. Starlight looked at Marissa.

"I think there would be someone else joining us today." Marissa said. I came out and because I'm the leader of the Diamonds lots of the whispered to each other and some gasp.

"Is this true?" Starlight said.

"I think it is, but without my cutiemark will I really be happier?" I asked.

"Of course Michai! Look around you, look at all the smiles! Nothing bad will happen because we are all equal!" Starlight said confidently.

"DO YOU CALL THIS EQUAL!!" Marissa said. There goes her shouting I'm also not used to that. Marissa was holding a bucket of water and spilled it on her. Starlight sidestepped and the water missed.

"I knew I couldn't trust you!" Starlight said. Some drops of water spilled on her.

Brinna's POV

I saw some drops of water on Starlight. Later on I noticed that when i saw Starlight's cutiemark there was a sea green color and a purple color which wasn't normal. I got my hanky out because they never got our belonging but our weapons,cellphones and communicators. I wiped her equal sign cutiemark and found out she was hiding her real cutiemark all along. She noticed there was gasps and saw that her cutiemark was seen.

"Why are you looking at me! The Diamonds are the problem not me!" Starlight said.

"Why? Why would you get our cutiemarks but not yours?" Tiana said.

"Because tha—" Starlight got interrupted.

"You said cutiemarks were evil." Shadow Glider said.

"Yes they are evil!" Starlight said.

"But then why did you not give up your cutiemarks?" Tiana said.

"Be-because... HOW CAN I GET YOUR CUTIEMARKS WITHOUT MY MAGIC!!!" Starlight said.

"But the staff of Dairus has all the magic we need!" Shadow Glider said.

"It's not the staff that takes your cutiemarks its me! My magic is the one that gets your cutiemarks! The staff is just a piece of wood I made in my warehouse!" Starlight said.

"But you said cutiemarks are evil?" Snow Diamond said.

"Yes they are! Because we don't have it, it makes us all equal." Starlight said.

"We are equal, except for you!" Snow Diamond said. Starlight was about to attack Snow Diamond but Michai stopped her.

"Cutiemarks are the ones that express who we are! Because of it people get to know their own special tal—" Michai got interrupted.

"QUIET!" Starlight said. Michai jumped and backed away.

"Come on let's get our cutiemarks back!" Shadow Glider said.

"Yea!" Everyone shouted. Starlight ran to her house and locked the door.

Everyone was going to the cave already but we were just standing there.

"Come On! Let's get our cutiemarks!" Dakota said.

"Wait!" Marissa stopped her.

"Why?" Dakota asked furiously.

"The cutiemarks aren't in the cave, they're with Starlight!" Marissa said.

"What!" Everyone said.

"Ask Snow Diamond he knows!" Marissa said.

"I believe what Marissa says so let's try to break down the door." I said seriously .

"Ugh, I'm not used to Brinna being so serious." Michai said.

"Everyone isn't used to it." Sierra said. We went to Starlight's house and tried to break down the door, but since we had no cutiemarks we couldn't fight.

Snow Diamond's POV

We all were at the cave trying to break the glass that has our cutiemarks.

"Everyone! Hit the glass together!" Everyone heard me and they followed.

"3" I counted down.

"2"

"1"

"Now!" I said. Everyone hit the glass and it started to break. All the cutiemarks went back to their owners but I knew that there were still people who needed their cutiemarks. Because i took them and gave it to Starlight, I will get it back for them.

This chapter has a bad ending like super bad. I am not really proud of this chapter, but anyways thanks for reading and pls say something if there is wrong grammar or spelling and I will fix it as soon as possible thanks!
