Kite's p.o.v.

Kite was standing at the top of heartland tower. Also known as Hart's room. He wanted to see his kid brother before his match with Vetrix. One of the reasons was to remind himself what Vetrix had done, so he could get motivated and crush him. Another reason was that he just wanted to see him. Kite and Orbital walking over to the bed where Hart was lying. He was in that coma like state like always. He had been that since Kite tried rescuing Hart from Vetrix, and it pained Kite to see him like this. Kite looked worried at him.

"The time has come Hart" he then told his little brother "I made it through the coaster event, and is now a finalist. It won't be long now until I..". Kite let out a groaning sound when intense pain hit his body, and he fell down on his knees beside the bed.

"Ma-ster Kite!" Orbital yelled and rushed to his side. The robot was very concerned about its master. Mostly because he knew what kind of condition Kite was in. "Please, you can't continue hunting Numbers. If you do I'm afraid you'll..".

"I am not gonna stop until I have made Vetrix pay for what he has done!" Kite interrupted and sent the robot a cold glare. "Got that?!". Orbital nodded slightly. Without a word those two left Hart's room. Kite need to prepare for the finals.

Vetrix's p.o.v.

Vetrix smirked as he walked through the hallway towards the arena. His duel was about to begin. Right behind him was Zaira walking silently and obediently. Or at least as obedient as he could keep her now. The other Zaira. Even though that was not quite what she was. Vetrix chuckled darkly. Only he knew truly who this other Zaira was. He had brought her, in some way, to life, and she was keeping the real Zaira in check, for now. Vetrix chuckled darkly once again. This Zaira truly believed he would help her with her vengeance. That he could be trusted. She couldn't be more wrong. Just like his own children, she was just a new puppet. A puppet with a lot of potential though. Zaira was a lot stronger than his children were, and Vetrix could see many benefits for her. Her powers could help him in archiving his vengeance. It would be a lot easier if he just could take Zaira's powers, but since she and her number were in sync with each other, he couldn't. Unless she gave them up by her free will of course. That properly wouldn't happen any time soon. After all if Zaira gave up her powers or even gave Cyclone beast wolf to anyone, she would die as well. So Vetrix had done the next best thing. Keeping Zaira by his side and made her serve him instead. She had already eliminated Shark for him. Reginald Kastle had become one of those who was meddling in his plans for vengeance, and he was pleased that he was now taken care off. Even though he had to tighten the grip around Zaira just a little more. Shark's confession had messed up Zaira's head a lot, so he had taken care of it with the crest. Removed the resent activities, the memories of the duel, from her head completely. Zaira could only vaguely remember the duel, and that she beat Shark with her chaos wolf number because he annoyed her. She didn't need to know more of it. Vetrix chuckled inside. Now if Zaira just got rid of Yuma Tsukumo and doctor Faker for him, then everything will be taken care of. His vengeance will be complete. Then he didn't need her around any longer, and could discard her. Just like he had done with his four children. Of course Vetrix first needed to get rid of Kite. He was actually looking forward to it. He couldn't wait to see Dr. Faker's expression when get got rid of his other son too. Mr. Heartland's voice could be heard in the arena now.

"In our first duel the winner was an unexpected one. The underdog duelist Yuma Tsukumo beat Sasha Martinez" Mr. Heartland commented "He will take on the resent winner from our last duel Zaira Wroom, who did an outstanding victory by beating Reginald, Shark, Kastle. However first we have one last face up duel fans, so keep it coming". Vetrix smirked. He knew it was time for the introductions now. He turned towards Zaira now.

"Have you done it my dear?" He then questioned. Zaira looked up at him and nodded.

"It has been taken care of sir" she then said and smirked. She was holding up C. Nb 24 in her hands now. "Just as you requested". Vetrix smirked a little.

"Excellent, I can't wait to see the Tenjo's face when I show them my little surprise" he then said and grinned. "However for safety matters, I think I will give you a little more of my powers. If you agree of course". Zaira stopped actually up for a second. It was like she was thinking things through. Then she nodded slightly.

"Yes, if you believe that will help" she said and bowed her head "Then by all means sir, give me it, but maybe I should also...".

She cut her own sentence by shaking her head. Vetrix hummed a little. A part of her was still resisting. After all he had a very good idea on what she was about to say. If he shared some of his powers with her, then maybe she should as well, but apparently she still resisted inside. Vetrix took her hand with the number in it, and some power ran through Zaira's body. Vetrix chuckled inside. It was not like he couldn't get those powers back after all.

"Now let's meet the two who will fight in our next face up" Mr. Heartland said. Vetrix smirked and he walked inside the arena.

"With a past shrouded in mystery, not must is known about him, except that his dueling skills leave the competition speechless. Give it up for the masked dueling marvel, Vetrix!" Heartland shouted. Vetrix was standing on platform 3 now. Zaira had joined him. Just as he requested.

"And ready to face him is, a remarkable young man, said to have never lost a duel in his life. Give it up for Kite Tenjo!" Heartland then shouted. Vetrix chuckled evilly. It was really shown how much Faker and Heartland relied on Kite. Yes Kite, hurry it up here, so I crush you and your father all together!

Yuma's p.o.v.

Yuma rushed through the hallways of the arena. Astral was floating right beside him. He wanted to catch Kite just before the match started.

"Kite!" he yelled when he noticed the tall blond, who had almost reached the entrance to the arena. Beside him was Orbital, his usual companion. They both turned around when they heard Yuma's voice. Yuma smiled and rushed in front of Kite.

"I am totally rooting for you to win" he then told Kite "Cause A, I wanna take you on one more time and B, Vetrix is a real creep. He has done something to Zaira. So well duel the pants off him will yer". Kite turned his head and looked somewhere behind Yuma. Not at a specific spot, but he made it clear that he was not looking at Yuma.

"Hello Astral" he then said. At that Yuma fell down to the floor in surprise.

"Did he just say Astral?" he sneered. Astral looked firmly at Kite, stating he was listening. Kite walked passed Yuma now.

"I will see you and Yuma in the finals" he then said, but then he stopped up for a second "Correction. Either you Astral or your little protector Zaira in the finals". Then he walked out in the arena. Yuma bit his lip a little.

"He did mention me right?" he then questioned a little confused. Then he turned towards Kite "Good catching up Kite".

Soon Kite was standing on the platform. Heartland quickly made the platform rise to the sky. Yuma who wanted to watch this from a front seat as well, jumped up in the air and actually did manage to grab the edge of the platform. However he hadn't counted on that they were many feet's up in the air now, and he couldn't pull himself up. He let out a terrified scream.

"Ahr, help me up!" he then yelled, and hoped someone would help him.

"Ahr Y-Yuma, get, get lost!" he could hear Orbital yell, and Yuma was actually worried that the robot would trap on his hands or something.

"Help him up Orbital" he could then hear Kite say "Let him see how a real champion duels".

Yuma could feel something pull him upwards. He figured the robot had done as Kite ordered. He therefore was rather surprised, when he was face to face with Zaira seconds later. She was apparently the one pulling him up.

"Zaira?" he questioned rather confused. The girl snort coldly at him.

"Don't get the wrong idea" she then said "I helped you because I want to beat you. That can't happen if die here now can it?".

Yuma shook his head slowly. How did she..? if she is up here, then she must be on Vetrix side, so how did she.. she can't be quicker than Orbital.. Soon he found out she apparently was, because one second she was standing beside him, and one second she was beside Vetrix again.

"Vetrix must have given her some of his powers" Astral then concluded and were thoughtful for a moment "However what I don't understand is why she saved us. Vetrix would clearly not give her an order to save us. Or so I believe. He surely wants her gone, so why..". Yuma looked over at Zaira again. This scenario! It resembled the scene in his duel with Trey. There Zaira also had saved him from falling.

"Maybe.. Maybe it's a sign that Zai is still in there" Yuma then said "Shark got through to her. At least for a little bit.. so maybe she is telling us something".

"Maybe.." Astral said slowly in a worried tone "But Vetrix doesn't seem faced..".

"The duel of the century is about to commence, but who will go home the winner?" Mr. Heartland commented "Will it be Vetrix? Or will it be Kite? If I had a seat, I'd be on its edge". Yuma smiled eagerly. His dueling fever was on the roof right now.

"Go Kite, let him have it!" He yelled in a cheering voice.

"Yes, let him have it" Orbital mused in a low voice. He sounded worried "As c-cautiously and carefully as you can..".

Then he covered his own mouth, when Yuma looked rather confused at him. Laughter could suddenly be heard. Kite and Yuma turned towards it. It had been Vetrix who had been laughing of course.

"What's so funny?" Kite then asked in a cold tone.

"Oh it is so very amusing that my nemesis is spying on me right now" Vetrix then said and looked up in the sky. Yuma wondered if he was looking at some weird camera or something "But try as he might, he can't manage to cloak his presence. I know you are watching Faker. I do hope you are enjoying the show".

Yuma had a feeling that Dr. Faker really was looking at them, and it actually didn't make Yuma feel any better. He wondered why people would go for vengeance and betray others? Dueling were supposed to create friendship. Not this kind of stuff.

"Vetrix this moment is long overdue. I am here to avenge what you have done to Hart" Kite then sneered out. Yuma was sure he was having eyes on Zaira for a moment too though. "This I promise! So get ready for some payback!".

"Now, now, temper, temper" Vetrix said and grinned "What if I told you that I have a special surprise just for you. Would that cheer you up a bit?". Kite glared at him.

"Enough of your nonsense" he then proclaimed and did his photon transformation. His clothes turned from black to white. Both duelists activated their duel disk and gazer, and soon the duel began.

Kite: 4000 Lp's.

Vetrix: 4000 Lp's.

Kite started off. He summoned "Photon Crusher" to the field. Then he equipped his monster with the spell "Photon spear". Monster's equipped with this card counted as two tributes instead of one. So Kite could tribute his 'two' monsters to summon out his all-powerful "Galaxy eyes photon dragon". Then he placed one card face down and ended his turn. Yuma looked confused at Kite. He really didn't look well and when he summoned Galaxy eyes, Yuma was sure he stumbled forward. It was like he couldn't keep his footing or something.

"What's with him?" Yuma questioned confused.

"Master Ki-te!" Orbital then said worriedly. They could hear Vetrix chuckle now.

"My, it seems your little photon transformation nonsense is quite taxing" he then replied and smirked. "You are not in very good shape are you?".

"That is putting it likely sir" Zaira then surprisingly added "I'm surprised he is still standing". Yuma looked confused at those two. Then over at Kite. He did notice some sweat on his forehead, but that was about it. ¨

"What's going on?" He then asked Orbital "Kite's okay right?".

At that Orbital covered his own mouth, stating he would not give out any comments. However it was Vetrix turn now. He drew and summoned "Heraldic beast basilisk" who was a lv 4 monster with 1000 att and def points. Then he used the spell "Heraldic blast" and surprisingly equipped it to Kite's Galaxy eyes. Yuma wondered why he was doing that. Then Vetrix attacked with his monster, which surprised everyone.

"Wait hold on" Yuma uttered "Basilisk has only 1000 att. It is no match for Galaxy eyes and his 3000 att points". At that Vetrix chuckled darkly.

"Good math, but do to basilisk eff, if it is destroyed, so is the monster who is battling it" he then replied. Kite sneered angry at that. Vetrix continued "Now when Kite's galaxy eyes is destroyed, Kite here takes half of its att points as damage".

"I hate to admit it" Yuma then uttered scared "But maybe even Kite may not be strong enough to take down Vetrix".

Kite's p.o.v.

Kite sneered in annoying's when Vetrix was about to attack him. He must admit that Vetrix was an fierce opponent, but he was still nothing he couldn't handle. He took a slight look over at Zaira, who was just standing there watching the duel, at Vetrix side. Like a puppet. However he couldn't see the strings. Kite sneered inside. It was not that he cared much about Zaira. He didn't! But no one should be used by Vetrix like that. No one! And he knew Zaira didn't do this by her free will. Why would she, when she was against Vetrix's ways that time when they tried saving Hart. Kite had no intentions on helping Zaira at all. No what was important now, was to go to the finals, and beat Vetrix. When he did, maybe Zaira would return to normal. If she did, then that was just an added bonus in beating Vetrix. If not well then it was not his problem anyway. Vetrix attacked with his basilisk. Kite was quick to counter however. He used his galaxy eyes eff. He banished both monsters in this battle. Heraldic blast equipped to his monster, got sent to the graveyard, and when the battle ended, both monsters returned to the field. Vetrix smirked and placed one card facedown and ended his turn.

"Well done Kite" Vetrix commented "I admit your dueling is quite impressive. Amazing in fact, considering the sorry state your body is in at the moment. Putting your own health at risk in hunting numbers to save your brother. How valiant of you Kite. Yours are such a noble goal. I also have a little goal of my own. I swore to have my vengeance on your father, Dr. Faker". Kite was just staring at Vetrix. Like he didn't know this already.

"I am not sure you know this, but it was Faker who betrayed me" Vetrix then continued "Leaving me adrift in the limbo between two worlds. As a result, my body took the form you see here today. Byron ceased to be and Vetrix was born". Kite looked stunned at him. So did the others who was listening. Besides Zaira who was having that stoic calm expression on her face.

"It was at that moment that I was consumed by a single minded objective. To take my revenge on your father" Vetrix then said "Revenge is my reason for being, and I'll sacrifice anything at my disposal to obtain it".

"You mean anything or anyone!" Kite sneered at him "Even your own son, Quinton!". At that Vetrix actually began laughing.

"Oh don't be so self-righteous. In your pursuit of Numbers you've sacrificed countless human souls". At that Kite scowls. Deep down he knew Vetrix was right.

"Of course you did it all for your dear little brother Hart" Vetrix continued "But nevertheless, my point is clear, even though our motives are different, you and I are alike!". That surprised Kite rather deeply.

"Wow did you hear that?" Yuma commented from the sidelines.

"I am nothing like you" Kite then said in a cold tone "Being compared to you, and even looking at you makes me sick! So I'm gonna skip straight to beating you!".

And he did just that. It was his turn anyway. Kite drew and summoned "Photon satellite". (Lv 1, 0 att and def) Then he activated its eff. It gained lv's to any other photon monsters on Kite's field. Like Galaxy eyes. It was lv 8 so his satellite became lv 9. It also counted as 2 monsters when he xyz summoned. Kite overlaid his two monsters to xyz summon "Nb 9 Dyson sphere". As Kite did this, the sky suddenly got covered by a giant shadow. People on the tribute was looking with awe and surprise when this giant, giant number monster appeared on the field. It was so big it covered a part of the sun in the sky now. Vetrix looked up at the number.

"How did Kite come to have this card?" he then questioned.

"I got it from Quinton!" Kite then sneered out in an angry tone "Your own son will help lead to your downfall".

Then he equipped his galaxy eyes with the spell "Photon wing". He activated the spell's eff. It detached the Ou from Dyson sphere to Galaxy eyes so he could increase its att points. It gained 200 att for every rank Dyson sphere had. It was rank 9, so Galaxy eyes gained 1800 att points. (4800 att) with all those att points added with that photon wing made Galaxy eyes attack directly.

"So that means an direct attack with 4800 att points" Yuma then uttered and smiled "That's awesome! He will win the duel for sure".

"And Master Ki-kite will be able to rest until the next du-duel" Orbital uttered happily and danced around himself a little bit.

"Now this is it Galaxy eyes" Kite then yelled "Attack Vetrix with photon stream of destruction!". A giant blast was fired towards the masked boy and a giant explosion erupted. Everyone at the tributes were in awe. Kite gasped a little for air.

"Ahr it's over" he then proclaimed. However then laughter could be heard from within the smoke. It was not over yet. Not by a long shot.

The other Zaira's p.o.v.

Zaira was watching this duel with a lot of interest. How could she not? It was an epic duel between lord Vetrix and Kite Tenjo, who was Dr. Faker's son. They both were epic duelists. That she knew. However even with this epic duel going on, who was filled with action, Zaira couldn't stop herself from looking over at the lobster haired boy Yuma and the astral ghost Astral. She actually didn't know why. She also noticed that the ghost Astral caught her staring a couple of times. He didn't say or do anything, beside looking back, but that was also enough. Zaira felt a sort of nostalgic feeling from them, and if it wasn't for Vetrix telling her they were the enemy, Zaira might even talk to them a little. She frowned. Why was she even listening to Vetrix in the first place? Yes, he was helping her with her revenge over well humanity itself maybe? And in some way given her life, but that didn't mean she should listen to him right? She shook her head. It just felt right to do that for some reason. It felt right following him and call him those titles. However a tiny thought also entered her head now. The words from Cy. Don't listen to the boy with the mask. If you truly care about Mistress Zaira, then don't trust him. Then she quickly shook that out of her head. Just like she had done with everything else she had heard in the conversations through the duel. Like Kite's output on Vetrix tossing anyone aside, and Vetrix revenge driven resolve. Zaira just didn't pay attention. She was Told not to pay any attention, so she did. She just followed this duel and did as Vetrix asked of her.

The duel progressed and Zaira was actually a little worried as it went on. Especially when Kite was about to deliver a direct attack on Vetrix. However she soon discovered that she didn't need to worry. Vetrix was all fine. As the smoke cleared Vetrix was still standing with 3200 life points remaining, to everyone's surprise.

"What?! This can't be! How can you have any life points left?! Kite uttered angry.

"Yeah what's going on here hu?" Yuma then added. "How is it that Vetrix is still standing?". Zaira wondered that herself. That until she noticed his trap card.

"There is the reason" Astral then replied to the others "He activated the trap 'Heraldry change'". Vetrix smirked evilly.

"Heraldry change allows me to summon a heraldic beast and then I take 1 thousand points less damage for every level that this monster has" Vetrix explained "I summoned 'Heraldic beast aberconway' which is level 4". Zaira's eyes widened. So that was how he survived. Kite glared angry at him.

"So you decreased the damage you would take by 4 thousand points" Kite then said.

"Yes, are you shocked? Because I assure you, you haven't seen anything yet. Because Kite, I've been saving a little surprise for you all this time, and it will take this duel to a whole new level".

Then Vetrix took off his mask. To say that the others were staring, was an understatement. Kite looked shocked. Yuma looked shocked. Or maybe horrified was a better word for it. The only one who didn't look shocked or horrified was Zaira, and that was because she knew what it was. Vetrix had a some sort of holographic image of Hart's face. Something with that Vetrix had used his powers to change the AR system (Augmented Reality Duel) to make his face look like Hart's. Zaira was not fully into the details, but that was what Kite and the others were looking at. Vetrix's face looked like Hart's, while the rest of the body looked like Vetrix. However you could still see the holographic distortion in it once in a while. The projection was not that well made.

"Why do you keep attacking me?" Vetrix then said mimicking Hart's voice. "It hurts Kite. This is all your fault big brother". Kite clenched his fist and looked like he could murder him. Vetrix/Hart looked at him again.

"You promised you would help me get better Kite" Vetrix/Hart then said and took a step forward. "But I've gotten a lot worse, just look at me".

"This is all kinds of weird" Yuma then said. He didn't understand what was happening here. Astral nodded in agreement. Kite sneered.

"Vetrix! I knew you were low, but I didn't know how much lower you could sink" He then said in an angry tone. "You are using Zaira for your evil deeds after all, but hiding behind my kid brother you've hit rock bottom. So that's it! I won't stand for this anymore!!". Vetrix/Hart looked rather scared now.

"Are you angry?" he questioned.

"Vetrix stop playing games!" Kite sneered.

"I'm not Vetrix. It's me, your brother Hart" they replied innocently.

"Stop pretending to be Hart!" Kite yelled at them.

"Oh no you got it wrong, I'm not playing make believe. I'm really Hart, and Hart is me" Vetrix then said and his real voice reappeared merging itself with Hart's. "Remember when I kidnapped Hart? How silly of me, of course you do! Well when that happened, I absorbed all Hart's powers and memories".

"Impossible!" Kite yelled. Anger was raging furiously within him now. Zaira frowned a little. Why did this sound so familiar? The kidnapping with this boy Hart?

"No it's true. Our minds join together, and we became one!" Vetrix said with a unison voice of him and Hart. He rose his arm into the sky. "I'll prove it. Look up here!". A holographic screen appeared above him. It showed Hart's face from above, while he was lying in his bed in that sleeping/comatose state.

"Hart, it's me!" Kite yelled out right away. Vetrix smirked evilly.

"Save your breath, he can't hear you" he then informed Kite who was glaring coldly at him. Vetrix grinned a little "Now say for instance, I give myself a little pinch, Hart can feel it too!". Without warning Vetrix pinches his own cheek. They all could hear Hart groans in his sleep. He looked in pain.

"Stop Vetrix!" Kite yelled. Panic and anger was plain shown in his face.

Zaira hummed a little and then listened to the tiny ear snail she was having in her ear. This was what Vetrix asked her do to earlier. She had used her chaos Number's power, to plant small transmitter inside Heartland tower. After all her wolves were pure wind. There weren't a place wind couldn't get in. People needed to breath after all. She could hear a hectic and frustrated Faker give orders to his men, so they could go and check on Hart. Sadly Zaira knew they weren't going anywhere. She flicked and the transmitters blew up. She had placed them where their system were most vulnerable as well. They were all locked inside. Zaira smirked. All thanks to Quinton for inventing these. She turned to Vetrix now.

"I have taken care of them sir" she then said, and made the kid turn towards her.

"Good I knew I could count of you" Vetrix then replied. Yuma looked horrified.

"What did you make Zaira do?" Yuma then yelled. That surprised Zaira a little.

"Ahr you know, Faker's little minions" Vetrix replied "Zaira used her wind wolves to jam the system. They will not come to Hart's rescue anytime soon. So I can continue with this.. It hurt's Kite. Can't you make it stop. Please!". He mimicked Hart's voice again, and gave himself a little pinch. That made Kite flip totally out.

"Listen up Vetrix! I'm done playing this silly game of yours! This duel is over!" he yelled. Vetrix just grinned evilly.

"I don't think so" he replied and stopped pinching himself "This battle is just getting started Kite". Kite sneered and decided that his brother's life was more important than the duel. He began running away. However Vetrix wouldn't let him. He tosses a purple duel anchor at him, tying it to his wrist.

"Didn't you hear me?" Vetrix then questioned and pulled Kite a little closer "I wish I didn't have to force you to duel, but you simply left me no other choice". Zaira noticed the anchor disappearing, but she knew it was still attached. Kite couldn't leave until at least one of them had won the duel.

"Hey Kite" Yuma yelled suddenly and Zaira turned towards him. "I'll find Hart and free him from Vetrix. You just stay here and work on making sure you win the duel".

"Yeah I plan on it" Kite replied and looked over at his shoulder at Yuma. Soon Yuma rushed off the platform with Orbital and Astral right behind him. Soon they were in the air flying towards Heartland tower. Vetrix and Zaira looked after him.

"Yuma is such a pest" Vetrix then replied and smirked. Then he turned towards Zaira "Take care of him my dear". Zaira nodded eagerly. She opened a portal and disappeared soon through it. Yuma, prepare yourself.

Vetrix's p.o.v.

Vetrix smirked when Zaira went through the portal to stop Yuma for him. She was useful. Very useful indeed. For a puppet that it. Vetrix smirked. He knew sooner or later this puppet would break as well. Just like his 4 children had. He had already added it in accordingly to his plans. However before that happens, he was gonna get a little more usefulness out of her. Hmm I wonder if Yuma would stand a chance against Zaira now. I charged her up with a lot of my powers. Powers I of course will take back sooner or later, but I am interested to see if Yuma's feeling the flow will bring them out of this one. He turned towards Kite again. But first there is a little pest control I have to deal with Faker's son here. He chuckled evilly.

"Now where were we" He then said and used Hart's voice once again to mock Kite. Kite sneered angry at him. "Oh yes, it is my turn!". Vetrix drew. He overlaid his two monsters on the field, to Xyz summon "Nb 8 Heraldic king Genom heritage".

"So Vetrix duels with a number card?" Kite uttered surprised.

"Now I activate 'Heraldic king Genom heritage's eff" Vetrix then said "By using one Ou, I can select one of its three special eff's. So now when Genom Heritage battles your monster, your monster's att points drop to 0 until the end of this turn. Oh, and where do those att points go you might ask? They become Genom heritage's".

"Your monster will be unstoppable" Kite then uttered.

"Yes that's right, and now I will attack Dyson sphere" Vetrix replied. His monster attacked and just like he explained, Dyson sphere's att points dropped to 0. His Genom Heritage att rose to 2800.

"That move may not have work out the way you'd hoped" Kite then countered "Because if you attack Dyson sphere while it has no Ou's, it gets back all the Ou's it lost and then stops any attack you may have started". Vetrix grinned a little.

"You have taken away all my monster's powers" Kite then uttered rather surprised.

"That's right, and now I am taking away your life points" Vetrix/Hart said that in unison.

He laughed like a maniac and attacked with his monster and destroyed Kite's Dyson sphere. Kite got hit by a wave from the attack and got sent flying to the ground now. Pain was surely running through his body now. His life points got reduced to 1200 now. Vetrix smirked. He placed one facedown and ended his turn.

"That was fun" he then said and looked at the beat up Kite "But the fun won't stop there. Wait until you see what I have in store for you next". Kite got groaning up on his feet's now and was glaring coldly at him. Vetrix really didn't care.

"You see, now we'll begin to feel each attack, so the stakes have just gotten more interesting" He then said. Kite didn't look very happy. Vetrix continued "So when you strike at me, you attack your pure defenseless little Hart". Vetrix had just pinched himself once again, to prove his point. Hart had cried out in pain once again.

"Now what will I do?" Kite then questioned. He looked frustrated.

"The real question you need to ask yourself is, are you willing to harm Hart to beat me?" Vetrix then questioned with a smirk.

"I won't do it!" Kite then yelled out "I will never hurt Hart!".

"Well looks like you have to" Vetrix replied and mimicked Hart's smile "Just go easy on me okay Kite? Hahaha!". Then he laughed like hell and Kite sneered angry back at him. The duel stakes just got a little more extreme.
