Y/N's POV
Everyone but B/F/N tensed when I tackle-hugged him.
It was silent aside for my crying for a bit.
When I finally pulled back, B/F/N's shirt where my face was just at was wet.
I chuckled lightly. "Sorry 'bout that."
He smiled. "Don't worry about it. You're home."
He then frowned. "But...you're back.... That means you'll be taking over the N/A army again."
I gave him a look of sorts. "Don't tell me you've gotten attached to the job."
He shook his head. "No, I'd be glad to give you the leadership position again. It's just...they'll ask questions. 'What happened to you?' 'Where did you go?' Things like that."
I looked to S/N to see her still sitting.
"Then I'll tell them the truth. All of it. Well, I'll tell them the facts. I never lied about my parentage because no one's ever asked."
"But...you do know that many of them will know of Herobrine, right?" B/F/N pointed out.
I nodded. "That's why I'll ease them into it. Show them everything but my eyes. And then, once they've calmed down from...seeing me, I'll show them the eyes. I'll tell them."
I looked to the 4 N/F who were watching us, their demeanor showing that their guard was up.
"B/F/N, I don't think they trust me yet...."
Candid narrowed his eyes. "Why should we?"
I shrugged. "I suppose there really isn't anything but my words. The N/F trust each other to the point of dying for one another, but outsiders are a different situation."
Bren and Garrett looked at each other as they unlit their magics.
"I trust her." Bren said.
"Ditto." Garrett agreed.
The third sorcerer just shrugged but said nothing.
Everyone looked to Candid, but I could tell that this did not phase him. "No. I. Do not. Trust her. AT ALL." He growled.
I sighed. "Then keep a sword to my back at all times. Have a sorcerer following me, I don't really care. I can't fight back. I never really learned how to."
Candid just glared at me, his sword still in his hand.
B/F/N sighed. "Follow me. Let's go to a better place to be talking than here."
He turned and walked out the door.
I went to S/N and helped her up. She limped beside me as we exited the room.
Candid stood directly behind me. Pretty sure he had his sword pointed at me.
"Candid, that isn't necessary." Bren said quietly as she and the other sorcerers left the room.
Candid said nothing.
After a bit of walking, we arrived...in...the throne room.
Now, I never wanted to build this, but some N/F wanted to do it. I still have no clue why.
The throne room wasn't too big. 2 "thrones" sat side by side against the wall on the opposite end. They weren't the same size, despite my protests. My throne was ever so slightly larger. I don't think B/F/N knew that I knew, but I didn't fight it. They were more or less fashioned wooden chairs with shining jewels on both. Whenever we had a new N/F, as per tradition around here, both B/F/N and I sat in the thrones and...appointed them as part of the N/A army. I sat in the left throne and he sat in the right.
I wonder how many N/F wondered about the empty throne....
B/F/N went towards the thrones and sat on his throne.
I walked up with him and sat S/N in my old throne.
She sighed. "Thank you."
I nodded and looked back.
I did not see the sorcerers anymore, but Candid stood not too far away. His sword was sheathed, but I could tell he was tensed.
"Candid, what will it take to show you I mean no harm?"
"Nothing." He answered simply.
I decided not to press further.
"So...what do we do?" I asked after a moment of silence.
"We'll have to gather everyone in the plaza. We built it about a year ago for any important announcements since word didn't get out quite fast enough."
I rubbed my arms, feeling the textures change sporadically. "Well, if I'm going to talk to them, I need to cover up."
"We've got that covered." Bren said as she entered.
I turned to her to see my stuff in her hands.
The purple cloak, the gloves, and the cracked glasses.
Candid stopped her before she got to me. "Wait. Y/N, where did you get these?"
"Uh, we came across an abandoned treehouse and spent the night in it. I wanted to cover up and we found these in there."
Candid took the gloves from Bren. "These...belong to TrueMU, or Jason."
The leader of the Stars? The Space army?
"This cloak...is Seto's."
Leader of the Spells...the Magic army....
"And these glasses...."
"...are Sky's sunglasses, leader of the Recruits, the Sky army." I finished. "Oh my Notch...I stumbled across one of their bases...."
"One of their abandoned ones, by the looks of it. These gloves are pretty old." Candid mumbled.
We stood in silence for a moment before Candid turned to me and walked slowly towards me. He stopped in front of me and handed me the gloves. I took them in slight shock. "I suppose trust has to begin at some point.... But, just know I'm still keeping an eye on you." He finished with a smirk.
I smiled. "Thank you, Candid. I hope we can be friends someday."
He turned without a response as Bren came over and gave me my coverings.
"Thank you." I whispered as I put on the items.
I turned to B/F/N. "So...shall we go?"
He nodded and stood, helping my little sis out of the throne.
She limped over to me and held my gloved hand, smiling lightly.

As we walked through the halls of the base, B/F/N talked. "So...I was kinda thinking that you should stand offstage until I'm through talking to the N/F."
"Yeah, I'd rather they listen to you than stare at me the whole time. Though I have to ask...have they seen me yet? Like, at all?"
"No. We carry people we catch in the forest through a separate hallway from the normal entrance. We don't need people seeing other people who might not join the army and then our person speaks to them about seeing them before. Uh...if that made any sense."
"Kinda...." I muttered, clutching my sister's hand tightly.
We walked in silence through the halls before the halls started to fill with quiet echos of talking.
What...was that?
B/F/N looked back at me with a smirk. "Things have changed while you've been gone."
I was about to ask what when we turned a corner and went through an opening into....
A room so huge that I couldn't even find anything to compare it to.
It seemed almost like a small city with glowstone scattered across the ceilings and walls.
There were buildings of every kind...at least, from my first sight.
I saw normal houses, restaurants, other big buildings, probably for some kinda of...I dunno, creating something.
I cannot even English right now.
There were children running through the streets laughing, shooting each other with water guns or throwing a ball around or just running about.
A few stopped to look at us as we passed through, but they just waved happily and continued running around.
Seems B/F/N kept up the interaction with the people.
But...I think the coolest thing about walking through the streets was the amount of people around with the S/A symbol.
"Hey, B/F/N, how...are you going to gather everyone together? Well, while we're on the subject of everyone, how may N/F are there?"
Last I could recall, there were about 500 or so N/F.
"Well, for your second question, there's about 7,000 N/F." I could hear the smirk in his voice.
I can tell you that if I had some sort of liquid in mouth that I would've spit it out there. "7...7,000?! Holy Notch, how...?"
He shrugged. "Honestly, no clue. It just happened. As for your first question...watch that N/F's symbol over there." He pointed at a small boy who was sitting with an adult female. I'm guess it was his mother. His symbol was facing us.
Then...it started glowing slightly. Both his mother and him froze and seemed to stare at something that wasn't there.
Then, the glow faded and they looked at each other.
The mother smiled. "Come along, Joshua. Seems there's an important announcement today."
The boy, Joshua, sighed. "Ok, momma. But after that, can we keep doing the story thing?"
She nodded and stood, helping the boy up. "Absolutely."
They turned and walked the direction we were originally heading.
"What...happened?" I asked, super confused.
B/F/N laughed as we continued walking. "Bren contacted the sorcerers around the city to announce it. The sorcerers we have can connect, when they work as one, to all the N/F in the city and give them a short announcement. Garrett is the head sorcerer here, so he administers the announcement. The other sorcerers lend their power to connect the symbols on all the N/F."
"That...is really freaking cool."
B/F/N nodded. "Indeed."
We arrived in the plaza to see a TON of the N/F there already. They parted to let B/F/N through. I could hear their whisperings about the person following him.
Once we reached the platform, he took me over to the side and grabbed my shoulder. I think he could see my slight anxiety. "It'll be ok. What do you want me to tell them?"
I shrugged. "I dunno. Just keep it vague. I'll explain myself."
He nodded and went up on the platform.
But...as I watched him, a familiar building caught my sight.
My house.
My house on the hill that overlooked what used to be what I considered a small town. My F/C-colored house.
It was still here.
It was a bit before all the N/F arrived.
Holy Notch there were so many of them!
B/F/N stood on the platform, silently looking over the crowd with a small smile on his face.
"Y/N...I'm scared...." S/N whispered.
I smiled sadly and let go of her hand, pulling her in for a sideways hug. "I'm here. It'll be ok." I said, hearing myself repeat B/F/N's words.
I'm so original.
After a moment, B/F/N took a step forward on the platform. The crowd instantly quieted.
Dang.
"Is it working?" B/F/N's voice boomed slightly, filling the plaza. He didn't have a mic, so I'm guessing it was a sorcerer's doing.
Geez, I wanna be a sorcerer!
"Alright, taking that as a yes. Good.... Uh, what time is it?" He smiled sheepishly as the crowd chuckled a bit.
I smirked. He hasn't changed THAT much, at least.
"It's about 3 pm!" Someone in the front called.
"Ah, thank you, N/F. Good afternoon, my N/F! Well...actually...I suppose I cannot call you MY N/F any longer...."
The crowd murmured among themselves.
Pfft, leave it to B/F/N to freak people out.
"What I mean is...well...there isn't any subtle way to put this. Our leader has returned!"
There were quite a few cheers, but there were still murmurs.
"Ah...I, uh, never did mention that to the new people, huh...? My bad. No, I'm not the true leader of the N/A army. I'm the co-leader. I take over when the leader is out. However...she has returned...kinda. I think I'll let her explain."
He turned to me and smiled. "Come on up! The view's nice!"
Both S/N and I chuckled lightly as I grabbed S/N's hand, pulling her up onto the platform with me. I wanted her to stay by my side.
"Are you ready?" S/N whispered.
I let out a short breath. "As ready as I'll ever be...."
