Y/N's POV

I frowned as I heard the conversation between the two.

Father had killed that person's family?

Not surprising, honestly....

I pushed myself up the wall into a standing position as the two finally came over.

I think~ it was Mitch and Jerome the bacca, the leaders of the Benja and Bacca armies.

Mitch eyed me warily and I could see distrust in his eyes.

Sky looked at Mitch and Jerome for a moment before looking between me and my N/F.  "So...you claim to be a younger sister of mine?"

I nodded.  "According to one of my N/F who used to be in the Space army.  Candid?"

Candid nodded towards Sky.

Jerome's eyes widened.  "Oh, hey, I recognize you!  You're that Star that had extremely insane melee skills that rivaled Mitch's!"

Candid smirked a little.  "That's me.  Though I wouldn't say rivaled.  More like dominated his skills."

Mitch glared at Candid, but it seemed...kinda playful?  "I've gotten better over the years."

"And so have I.  I'd challenge you to a spar match, buuuut, one, I'm in here, and two, we have some more...pressing matters to attend to."

Sky nodded.  "Right, sorry.  I got distracted.  Anyway...."

He turned to me and walked right up to the bars.  "How can you prove that you're not Herobrine?  He's been known to possess bodies before."

I crossed my arms.  "I didn't know that....  Uh...I'm not really sure how I can prove I'm not Father...."

Sky's faced showed confusion for a moment.  "Why do you call him Father after everything he's done to you?"

I looked at my mismatched skins.  "Well...I may severely dislike him for what he did, but...I dunno, it just feels weird for me to be calling him by his real name, whether he's infamous or not...."

He waved it off.  "Understandable.  But back to the point.  You say you do not know how you can prove you aren't Herobrine?"

I nodded.  "I don't have powers, really.  I can breath underwater due to my squid mutations...."

Sky flinched, and I noted it, deciding to question it later.  "...and talk to all mobs.  The squid mutations neutralized the ender weakness of water, so I don't fear water.  Otherwise, I'm...pretty normal."

I paused for a moment.  "Well, I can also...sense you, if that makes sense."

Sky froze.  "What do you mean?"

"Well, you have this...powerful aura around you.  It feels...firm but kind, just but also lenient...I only felt this type of aura from Father, but his was more powerful and full of...hate and conflict."

Sky seemed taken aback.  "Conflict?  Conflict over what?"

I shook my head.  "I don't know.  I never had the courage to ask him.  Can you sense auras?"

He frowned.  "...Vaguely.  I haven't been around brines while in my right mind since I was...Notch, 13?  14?  15?  A very young teenager.  If I can sense auras, I haven't had practice."

"But...you can sense my aura?"

"Again, vaguely.  It's...determined and...kind and...growing.  The aura is weak, but...it feels like it's getting...stronger?"

"Wait, if you can sense auras, wouldn't you have sensed Y/N back in the Nether before you left?"  Mitch asked.

Sky crossed his arms.  "I...I don't really remember that much from before I escaped the Nether.  I'm...not so sure why.  I have bits and pieces of different memories, but none of them involved two little sisters...."

I sighed.  "Do you remember what Father's aura was like?"

He looked down.  He had probably closed his eyes.  "...Very powerful, full of hate and malice.  Yet...protective?"

"You can, in a way, see the differences in our auras?  I'm not Father, and I'll nev---"

I stopped short, realizing that, in a few days, that wouldn't be true.

Sky looked at me again.  "What?"

I ran a hand through my hair.  "Notch dang it...I WILL be like Father in 4 1/2 days or so...."

Mitch and Jerome froze, looks of terror clear on their faces.

"Oh my Notch, your birthday is Y/B?!"  Sky exclaimed.

I nodded.  "I...I'm turning 20....  Candid informed me of what would happen at that time...."

Jerome raked a paw through his fur.  "Well, frick.  I thought we were done fighting brines...."

I shrugged.  "If you somehow free me like you did Sky, we'll have to worry about S/N in about 10 years...."

Mitch crossed his arms.  "Where is this little sister anyway?"

"Back at our base.  The N/A base."

"N/A?"  Sky asked with confusion.

"Oh.  Well, uh, I'm the leader of an army.  The N/A army.  My followers are called N/F.  You can see our symbol on my N/F's cheek like your Recruits have budder ingots.  We have the S/A."

All three of them looked at my N/F, studying the symbol on their cheeks.

"How come we haven't come across this base?  We've scouted out the area at least 200 chunks in every direction."  Mitch said.

"Ah, well....  You probably...actually, no, you HAVE come across our base before.  However, I wanted my army to be...secret and...not be sought after by both Father and possibly you guys.  We just wipe their memory and replace it with a report of nothing different in our area."

Sky cocked his head.  "How long has your army been...official?"

I pondered a bit.  "Well, we created it when I was...10, so...almost 10 years?"

Sky seemed surprised.  "And we hadn't found it...or, well, had, but still....  Dang."

"Well, if you ask me, showing us that your base and sister exist should be enough proof."  Mitch stated bluntly.

"Biggums...."  Jerome warned lightly.

"What?  She can't just waltz in here, get put in a cell, and then tell us some story and sense auras and stuff and everything works out!  This ain't some fairy tale.  If she really has a sister and an army and she shows us them, then I'll believe it."

"Y/N, I really don't think that's a good idea...."  Samuel said lightly.  "We've spent years and energy to keep our place secret so we could live in peace.  If they find it, anyone will find it, then we won't have the peace we've kept for so long."

"I want to see this base of yours.  However, if you're this uneasy about showing me the location, I don't mind you blindfolding me and taking me there."  Sky said suddenly.

Mitch and Jerome seemed taken aback.  "Wh-What?  Sky, that's a terrible idea!"

He turned to the pair and lit his hands with his magic.  "If I think I'm in danger, I'm pretty~ sure I could take them all on."

Mitch shook his head.  "That cockiness of yours is gonna bite you in the butt someday...."

Sky scoffed as he unlit his hands.  "Bro, it already has."

I cracked a small grin at their slight bickering.

Sky turned to me.  "Well?  Will you take me to your base and...our sister?"

I looked to my N/F.  "What do you guys think?"

"Personally, I think we shouldn't, but in actuality, if we don't, we'll be stuck down here, you'll go all brine and stuff and we'll go evil and then we'll kill some people from the inside of the city or something and then get killed ourselves."  Candid said.

I widened my eyes at him.

Everyone seemed a bit speechless.

"What?  It's what'll happen."

I scoffed.  "Oookay then."

I looked to Sky.  "Alright.  We'll take you to our base."
