You stood there beside the clock tower and glanced at your watch it was already past 3

"Kise... Was supposed to be here an hour ago..." you tugged on your scarf while mumbling

Kise asked you out yesterday which you agreed on. You dressed up nicely and went to your meeting place which is by the clock tower. But still no sign of the energetic blonde.

You sighed and decided to walk to the park. Knowing that it was useless to hope that Kise would come but still decided to wait.

As you sat down on a bench you saw people laughing making you smile, your eyes drifted upwards to see it was indeed a beautiful snowy day... And glanced back down and saw a Karakuri Pierrot. The person was wearing a mask as they kept their eyes downcast and made the puppet do a small bow.

You though about what actually happened yesterday...

"(F/n)-cchi~ Let's go out tomorrow ssu~" He grinned as he ran up to you making you tilt your head

"Why? We haven't been out for a date for a month now" You added as your gaze returned to your book

"That's the thing! Wait for me at the clock tower tomorrow at 2 okay?" He gave your head a pat making you sigh

"Fine." Your answer made the blonde's eyes light up

"Thank you (F/n)-cchi~ I promise we'll have fun ssu!" He smiled and ran off to the gym

"I... Really don't understand you Ryouta" with a small smile you shook your head

You sighed at the memory and glanced at your watch again, every tick was like every beat of your heart

"Maybe... Maybe he doesn't like me anymore" You muttered

"He probably is just making fun of me... Like always" You wiped the tears that threatened to fall

Your chest tightened at the thought, maybe this is your fate

Maybe you guys weren't really for each other. And that there will never be a time that you two would actually go out

"I'm just like one of his fans... Hoping... waiting..."

After 30 minutes of just sitting there you decided to walk to a cafe and warm yourself up.

You glanced out the window as you sip some of your warm (f/d)

The next day you went to school early as usual and did your duties as a student council member

A stack of books were in your arms as you walked blindly then tripped over nothing

"Ah! Are you okay?" A hand was extened out to you, you glanced up and saw Kise

"(F/n)-cchi! Are you okay ssu?" He helped you up then held your shoulders

"I-I'm okay" You said making Kise smile, this made your heart tear a bit

"That's great to hear ssu~" He bent down and helped you pick the things you dropped

"Thank you."

"I'm sorry about not showing up yesterday, my manager asked me to stay late" He explained as he helped you carry the books

'Tell him you want to stop waiting!'

'Tell him how much time you wasted for him!'

'Say something!'

You froze, scared of your own thoughts. Kise noticed that you stopped walking and paused to turn and look at you

"Is everything okay (F/n)-cchi?" He asked

You shook your head with a fake smile

"I'm okay" You then continued walking ahead of him

"(F/n)-cchi! Wait for me ssu!" Kise whined as he ran up to chase you

"I'll wait then" You smiled at him 'I'll keep on waiting'

During lunch you passed by Kise's classroom and heard him laughing with some friends

"How's it going with that puppet of yours Kise?" The guy asked making them stop laughing

"(L/n)? Man, that girl is a real puppet ssu! I have complete control over her ssu" Kise told them while rubbing his head

'My mask...' You looked down, took a deep breath before entering the room

"Ryouta? Here's your bento!" You faked a smile as you walked up to the blonde

"Ah, thank you (F/n)-cchi~ How about we go to the amusement park later ssu?" Kise asked before you walked away

You turned around with a smile on your face

"I'll wait for you by the clock tower Ryouta!"

*unlocks door*

Kuroko:Lux-chan?

*tosses phone* y-yes?

Kuroko:...is something wrong?
