It had been five years after Elena's death. Everything had changed, even for Bonnie. Last time she saw Stefan he had been Rubin if from Rayna, the crazy vampire huntress that Enzo led to Mystic Falls. He left to keep everyone safe. Bonnie wanted to help but she didn't know how, her magic didn't work against Rayna. She had talked on the phone with Stefan occasionally through burner phones and what little locator spells she could do to help him find Rayna or a safe place to stay. But after a while Bonnie had to live her life and Stefan lived his. Bonnie had met an amazing girl and fell in love with her and they had two beautiful children together. She wanted more than anything to tell Stefan everything about her new life. "Starting over". He'd tell her. "I want you to do the same, Bon". Those were the last words she had heard from him in over five years but one day she thought she saw a familiar face at Whitmore. "It couldn't be, could it?". She thought to herself. "He knows it's too dangerous to be here". She sighed and went back to studying.
