Of Sires and Mothers

Omg Cyclonus and Tailgate are so fragging adorable!!!!! I love their history in the comics.

Enjoy!~

Blurr litteraly blew a fuse, when he heard of what happened with Lily, the bullies and Megatron.

Then, when Soundwave told him and the other bots about reviving Cybertron, Blurr began to protest and rave around the base like some crazy femme.

"Absolutely not! I refuse!!!!" Blurr shouted like a spoiled sparkling, waving his servos about.

"Why the frag not!? It's our home Blurr, shouldn't you be happy?" Sideswipe asked, his brother nodding in agreement.

"You wouldn't understand." The Elite Guard spat, bitting his lip plating and looking down at his peds. He wasn't wearing his visor and everyone could see his optics, how much emotion filled them.

Optimus, who was listening quietly from his position spoke for the first time, "You have grown accustomed to Earth and wish not to leave it."

Blurr looked up with wide optics then casted his gaze back down and nodded.

Optimus sighed, watching as his warriors suddenly turned sullen. Just now realizing that this would mean leaving Earth.

"We know Cybertron can be revived and that is good enough. For now, let us rest, body and mind, for we do not have a way getting back to our home."

Everyone nodded and started to disperse. Blurr however hung back, glaring at Optimus with unhidden fury. "I refuse to leave if we ever do find a way back."

Ratchet rose a brow, turned back aound to corner to listen to the Prime and the son argue.

"I will not leave you here." Optimus stated as if there was no room for discussion.

"I will not leave Lily." Blurr's vents began to hiss from excess heat in his systems. "With all due respect, I am able to make my own decisions now, and they are logical ones." Blurr looked Optimus in the optics, his anger completely gone. "I am not the broken sparking you found so long ago." He placed a servo on his step sires arm and smiled softly.

"Indeed." Optimus agreed softly and turned with Blurr, following him to the medbay.

For those who were wondering, Primus's river is like this but bigger and it's blue/white :) this picture is from an anime called Mushi-shi.

"Lily." Primus said softly to the girl laying on the ground next to the energon rivers light.

Primus felt more alive since Lily's encounter with Megatron. She's effectively changed his perspective on the whole war and because of that, Primus is so much closer to being alive.

The God smiled, crossing the wide river, his human feet standing atop the flowing blue light.

"Lily." He said softly, kneeling before the girl and resting a hand on her shoulder.

"Mmmmm, I don't want to get up." She mumbled.

Primus smiled, "Do you want to see something beautiful?" He asked, whispering in her ear.

However, he wasn't prepared for her to suddenly bolt upwards, her head nailing him in the chin.

"Owwww! My head!" Lily clutched her head and glared at Primus, but barked out a laugh.

The God was bent over holding his face, "Your head? What about my face?"

Lily chuckled, "I don't think you can do any more damage to it." She mused. Primus gave her a light push and smiled.

"So what was it you was wanting to show me?"

Primus stood up and extened a hand, pulling Lily to her feet. "Over there." He gestured to his side.

Lily looked and suddenly, she gasped in awe. It was the size of at least two mountains. From here it looked like a hole with giant rings that twirled and spun, giving off energon as it rotated out of the ground only to dissapear again.

"What is it?"

"That." Primus said, "is The Well of the All Sparks." Lily stepped forwards, it was truly beautiful, just like he said. "It's visible now because the energy that flows through me is now great enough to reach it."

"What is its purpose?"

Primus sighed, "it is the final resting place for all Cybertronians."

Lily turned amazed. "Heaven." She breathed out.

"You could say that." He smiled, but it suddenly faltered. "Many mechs and femmes await at the gate, refusing to go in because they believe that Cybertron will be revived, that order will prevail and the day that they can live in peace again, will come."

Lily felt the power in his words. It was like he was saying a law, one so powerful, that even he himself couldn't break. "Even your mother."

"M-my mother..." Lily breathed, already close to tears.

"She has ventured from your God's resting place to ours. It was quite a journey." He smiled. "She awaits there, outside the gates like many others before her, hoping to hear rumors about you. That you are safe and- Lily!" Primus yelled to the girl dashing with all she had towards the Well.

"MOTHER!!!! MOTHER!" Lily screamed, tears running down her face. She was half way to the Well and in the distance she could make out blobs. All of them were huge but there was a speck, small as it was, Lily knew it was her mother. "Mom!"

Primus reached out a hand and grabbed Lily's shirt, pulling her back and into his chest. "Stop!"

"Let me go! My mother's over there!!" Lily cried, punching Primus with all she had.

"If you go over there you will never return to the real world." Primus growled to the struggling teen, forcing her to the ground and pinning her hands above her head. "LISTEN to me!" He yelled making her halt.

It ripped him apart to be forceful to her, but it had to be done. "If you go over there, you will never return." Lily's eyes were wide, tear filled and pained. "You will never see Blurr again nor anyone else you care about."

"B-But-"

"Your mother is safe. She is in no danger and she isn't going any where." Primus loosened his grip and instead wiped the tears away. "You will see her, that I promise, but not now."

Lily, who was under the God, nodded, bringing her hands to her chest. "C-can you get off me now?" She whispered.

Primus's face turned red, "my words, I apologize." He got off quickly and turned away but held a hand out to help Lily to her feet.

She took it and looked back to the Well of All Sparks, where her mother waited for her.

Primus went to remove his hand but Lily refused to let go. He looked back and almost faltered. The human girl before him, gave him the most heart breaking look he's ever seen. "Please tell her I'm ok. Please." She tightened her hold on his hand.

"It would be an honor, Lily." He squeezed her hand back. A soft, small smile on his lips.

~~~~~~
"Lily......Lily wake up." Blurr whispered to his sparkling. She was currently asleep from stress, according to Ratchet.
She started to stir, "That's it, wake up." Blurr smiled down at his sparkling but frowned when she suddenly jolted upwards and stared at him. Blurr froze when the tears fell down her face.
In an instant his holoform was before her. He didn't even get to muster a word out. The wind was suddenly knocked out of him when Lily collided into his hold, face dug into his chest.
Blurr never truly knew pain than at that moment. He could feel her warm tears through his shirt and the way her fingers clawed at his back in a desprite attempt to stay in reality. It felt as though Blurr was drowning in her intense sorrow, it's vastness crushing him.
He wrapped his arms around her and pulled her in his lap, rocking back and forth, whispering comforting words to her.
He pulled his emotions together and sent nothing but love and protection over the bond to her. "It's ok..... I'm here..... you're safe." He whispered, running his fingers through her hair.
Using his real body to block away unwanted attention, Blurr forced Lily to look him in the eyes, "What happened?" He asked.
Lily tried to keep a straight face, but her defenses broke once again. "M-mother...." She stuttered, renewing her tears, she reached back to Blurr and he pulled her in again.
'Primus.......' Blurr stayed like that for some time until she calmed down and was able to talk; telling her sire about what happened.
He growled softly but didn't release his hold on her. "Lily..... if I could ever go back.... I wish I had never fallen on your home.... then maybe, maybe you would still be with her. A day doesn't go by that I don't think about what I've done, and it pains me everytime." Blurr said regretfully.
Lily looked up at her sire, "but I never would have met you." Blurr's spark skipped. "And I think.... my mother would've wanted it this way. She was always one for giving up something for the greater good." Lily smiled nostalgicly, resting her head on Blurr's chest.
"Lily." She looked up and was taken aback by his seriousness, "I don't care if it is for the greater good or if it means saving the world. I. Will. Never. Give you up. Not even to Primus himself."
