Ohhhhhhhh snap. :) cute heartfelt chapter~!

Blurr took long strides, his peds digging harshly into the ground leaving a trail of small craters.

Usually, something like this wouldn't bother the Elite Guard. He would normally stand there and take the onslaught of insults thrown his way. Just like when he was stationed in Praxus. He would stand there while being yelled at by either Sentianl or Ultra Magnus. Granted, Blurr had his entire face covered, but by the end of it, his joints would be aching.

However, this time it wasn't him being yelled at. It was Lily, and he knew that she has done nothing to deserve such harsh treatment. Primus, they wanted to send her to an orphanage and that was something that set Blurr off. He refused to discard her like some broken relic. (Lol, took Loki's thunder xD ) She was his sparkling. Unicron himself would have to rip her out of his survos to separate them.

During his thoughts, Blurr heard the small whimper of Lily. Realizing that he was going at least 140mph, he slowed considerably so not to crush the child by the g's acting upon her small form.

Scanning the area, Blurr stopped near a cliff at the edge of a near by lake.

"My apologies. I was lost in my thoughts without considering that such speeds would hurt you."

Lily looked up and smiled, "It's ok."

An hour has gone by without either of them saying anything. They just listened to the sounds of nature around them.

Blurr's processor threatened to explode with how fast he was thinking.

"Lily...."

The little girl in his servo jumped upon his sudden voice. He brought her up to optic level, undoing his battle mask but kept his visor still on.

Lily now had the chance to see some form of an expression. Though she couldn't see his eyes, she was able to read alot just from his lips. And Blurr was diffrent from all the other Autobots. Instead of metal, his skin was like.... soft. Like his stomach as if it was a think black rubbery substance.

"There is something that I must speak with you about." Lily's shifted nervously. "And it is very important."

Lily watched as he bit his bottom lip then frowned and redoing it all over again.

"D-did you ever have a sire? Er-father?" Blurr stuttered out.

Lily shook her head, "no, mommy said that he left before I was born." Blurr frowned at this, how a sire could ever leave their bondmate or unborn sparkling was beyond him.

Blurr opened his chest plates, revealing his spark to Lily. "I have a confession..... This is my spark, the thing that keeps me alive and holds my soul in." Lily's eyes grew wide as the beautiful white blue tendrils began to swirl around her arms. "It also hold my emotions and my bonds."

"Bonds?" Lily looked up, his sparks energy still playing with her.

"Bonds for us, is like making someone your brother or sister. Wife or husband and even making someone your child." Lily nodded slowly and Blurr felt his spark pull on her, wanting to envelop her with its warmth and energy.

"Lily. Do you see how my spark lingers upon you?" The girl looked at the tendrils and smiled softly.

"I remember it. This I mean." Lily spoke softly. "I remember when you pulled me in here and it was like a blanket wrapped around me. I heard your voice and felt safe."

Something over came the Elite Guard Autobot, he leaned forwards his spark wanting to hold his sparkling.

"Lily, you are my daughter, my precious sparkling. I know that words are cheap, but I sware upon my spark and my pride of being an Elite Autobot, that I promise I'll protect you and be the best sire any Cybertronian could be. Please, accept my spark and allow me to become your sire."

Lily felt something wet hit her arm and looked up. Just barely could she see between Blurr's eye shield and face. Her heart ached seeing the tears come from his optics. They were beautiful, what little bit she could see that is. She could hear his vents give a choke and her heart leaped suddenly.

Quickly with so much emotion, she jumped off his hand and into his spark chamber engulfing his spark in a giant embrace.

Blinded by the light, she hugged the crystal that was Blurr's spark. It was smooth, and warm. In all honesty, Lily felt as though she just found heaven.

The feelings of love washed over her. Happiness made her smile and silent tears of joy fell upon the spark, mixing with Blurr's soul and heart. Never, has she felt so loved than now. Now she had a fathers love.

Blurr's processor swarmed with so many emotions. He felt her! Felt his sparkling through the bond! Primus he was the happiest mech ever.

The way she held his spark made his frame shiver and sent energon rushing under his protoform.

Was this what he was missing with Optimus? That unexplainable bond between the sire and his sparkiling. One where the entire universe could be eating itself away, destroying all life, yet you didn't fear your demise. Didn't fear the weight of the world or burdens you carried because you knew, that they were with you no matter what.

For the first time in a long time, Blurr droped his guard and rocks and rubble exploded next to him. Quickly he was pulled from bliss and into reality as missiles exploded around his frame.
