(Time skip the next day)

It was a day since the battle of Ash and Max. Ash was exhausted!

Knock knock knock,

"Come out you bit—" shouted a voice.

Ash woke up.

"There's no need to swear" he said.

The response was a kick at the door, then another and another.....,.

Ash quickly got up and dressed.

CREAK, he opened to door slowly.

SMASH, there was a slap on Ash's face and in come the traitors.

"I wanna kill you" shouted May lifting up her fists

"There's no need for such violence" shouted Ash, clear not happy about being waken so early.

"Look at what you did" shouted May, crying.

She held up a death certificate with the name Max on it.

"He died and I blame you" shouted May, weeping.

"Poor guy, he was way more talented than you Ash" said Brock.

"I've told you, you guys mistreat Pokemon and when your shadow Snorlax broke out of control, he killed Max" said Ash.

"Well if you let Snorlax beet Greninja-" snapped Misty but before she could finish, there was a sound.

"Oh no, it's the police, there must have finished investigating and are sure that we are using shadow Pokemon" said Brock frightened.

"Let go, we need to escape" shouted Iris urgently.

The traitors all ran towards the exit.

"Ya not going any where" shouted Gary as he appeared in the front of the door, blocking the entrance.

"Go dragonite" shouted Iris

"Go electrabuzz" shouted Gary.

Ash was about to chose a Pokemon when Gary said

"Let me finish hthis, use thunder".

Thunder instantly fainted Iris's Drangonite upon contact.

"Whatttttt" shouted all the traitors

"Practise makes perfect" said Gary

"Whooooo you are really powerful, I am sure you would do good if you entered" said Ash, amazed.

"Well, surprise. I have entered" said Gary.

Suddenly, there was a sound of a police car and the traitors all ran towards the door in order to escape!

"Nope, you are not going" said Gary sternly

"Get lost" shouted the traitors.

"Go Panssage" shouted Clian as he let out a shadow Panssage.

"Prepare to be beaten" shouted Iris "My drangonite is weak, I am still waiting to turn it into a shadow pokemon".

"Greninja I chose you" shouted Ash as he let out Greninja.

"You were cheating yesterday, you Greninja could turn form" shouted Misty.

"That was 'bonds phenomenon' as proffesor Scycamore called it" replied Ash.

"Pansage, use Frenzy Plant" commanded Clian.

"Wait, Panssage cant learn frenzy plant, or even if it could learn it, your panssage's level is low and pokemon that learn Frenzy Plant need to be at a high level." Shouted Ash.

"Well that was because of this" said Clian as he held up a small but deadly device.

It's cover was orange and the bottom was white. It was in a shape of a poke-ball with a teeny tiny screen in the middle.

"This is something proffessor Oak created and it allows pokemon to learn moves that are supposed to be learn at a higher level or could not learn!" said Clain.

"How could you, this is against nature" shouted Ash angrily.

"Who cares" shouted Clian.

The viens sprouted up and lifted Greninja in the air. Branches than started to tangle it. Ash could see Greninja was trying to brake free but the branch was to strong.

"Alright Greninja, let do it" said Ash as he and Greninja mimiced there moves and a water veil sprouted out.

"Who cares what form you are in, we are going to win." Shouted Clian"Stronger"!

The veins strarted Grabbing Greninja and try to smash him to the ground. They were now covered in shadowly aura like the Panssage was.

Suddenly, the water veil erupted and sprouted into a giant shrunken which was layed on Greninja's back like a pillow.

"Jump" commanded As

"I knew you were going to make a mistake soon" said Clian"Greninja is going to fall to his death.

What surprised Clian was that the giant shrunken on Greninja's back actually acted like an glorious glider. It allowed Greninja to ut through the air slowly and land on the ground in the perfect position.

"Now Clian, I order you to get these branches away, they are in my room!" shouted Ash.

"Who cares" said Clian.

"Now di-" said Clian as he held up his fists and prepared for a punch.

Before he could punch or finnish his sentence, these was a ferocious tug on his sleeve and he turned to see officer Jenny with a Arcanine biting Clian's sleeves and tugging him towards officer Jenny, who had hand cuffs ready.

"Panssage use Frenzy Plant" commanded Clian

Arcainine's eyes widened in aarm but Ash was quick to make a counter.

"Use night slash"he commanded.

Ash started jabbing and thrashing whilst Greninja did the same. Soon, they got all the veins cut. It was like hot knife through butter!

"Nine nine" roard Arcanine as it blew a flamethrower at Panssage.

"Let rap it up" shouted Ash"Ice beam full power!"

Upon contact of the icy beam, passage immediately fainted and the dark aura around it weakened......... before it disapperaed!

Panssage suddenly opened its eyes and looked at Clian with a betrayed look!

It used leaf blade and jagged Clian in the throught.

"OSDJKSJDKDCJ" he shouted"a—s-d-d- p---a-----"

"Well it seems like that damadged Clian's throught.

(time skip 10 minutes later)

Officer Jenny had succesfully handcuffed all the traitor's hands and Brock also had to be gagged due to continuouesly shouted

"I love you" at officer Jenny with a dreamy grin!

Officer Jenny thought that was harassment and decided to gag Brock as a punishment; it also stopped him from speaking.

Ash had been called to court to give evidence. The traitors were going to have a high chance of finding themselves guilty of Pokemon abuse.

"What will happen" he said quietly to himself

"What will the result be" Ash said aloud.

"Excuse me, Mr Ketchum, can you express your opinion of weather it was a shadow pokemon or not" a voice made Ash snap back to reality. The jury's voice asked.

"Ehhhhh well I think that it should be a shadow Pokemon since it was radiating shadowy aura and using shadow pokemon moves." replied Ash.

The traitors were looking quite worried, they clearly knew that if this continued, they would be sentenced to life-in-jail or maybe even death.

"In my defense, I would like to say that Ash had killed Max and---" started Brock but before he could finish, one of the judges said

"We have clear evidence now that Mr Ketchum has given evidence that you are using shadow pokemon. This is against the law and therefore, you should rot in jail. Max was not killed by Mr Ketchum but rather his own Snorlax" announced the jury.

"Bu----" started May

"No buts" said the judge.

"I will kill you" said Dawn.

"Yeah"said some of the traitors.

"Well that gets you guys a death sentence" announced the judge.

"We are not finished" said Dawn.

"Emporeon take stage" she said.

A shadow Emporeon appeared.

"What isn't that pilpup" asked Ash

"Yes and prepare to die" she said

"I thought pilpup didn't want to evolve" said Ash

"Well, what if I forced it. Don't you think it wont obey its trainer" said Dawn

Ash stood there stiff and still, horrified.

"Use hydro pump and wet these stupid fudges" she said.

Emporeon started forming an giant black orb of water in its mouth and blew it towards Ash. It was black and trailing grey particles to signal it was a shadow hydro pump.

It shot forwards, like a bomb, destroying every thing in its path including the floor if it got low enough.

Ash could see it was going to crash. He closed his eyes and prepared his death.............

Suddenly, there was a gushing of wind and:

"Pikakakaka pi" said a voice.

Bang, there was a crash and he opened his eyes to see pikachu, lying on the floor, fainted.

Ash was proud and thankful of his royal partner for saving him.

He took of his Jacket and wrapped it around Pikachu.

He hopped it would recover quicker when it is warm and comfy.

"See, pilpup grown a lot right. I knew it would want to be a shadow pokemon and improve its strength" said Dawn.

"Your mad" said Ash, horrified.

"Of course I am" replied Dawn

Ash stood there horrified. He was sure she had mental problems, for sure.

"How would pileup want to become a shadow Pokemon"asked Ash angrily.

"Now die" announced Dawn "You will pay for Max's death"

"Sceptile, I chose you" said Ash. He hoped that it would be able to defeat the shadow Emporeon and average pikachu.

"Leaf blade lets go' commanded Ash, who decided to take the first move.

"Use hydro cannon" commanded Dawn.

"Block it with frenzy plant!" said Ash. 

Just like Ash planned, the shadow hydro cannon, despite being strong, was being block by Frenzy plant!

"Go Aerodactyl" said Brock as he let out a shadow Aerodactyl. 

"Fly"  he commanded.

With amazing  speed, Aerodactyl grabbed Brock. 

"Grab the rest as well" shouted Brock.

Ash was surprised that the shadow Aerodactyl managed to carry all the traitors and fly of with ease!

(time skip a few minutes later)

Ash felt ashamed. He had let the traitors escape.

He felt....... guilt.

He had failed. Failed everything. Failed capturing the traitors..... he failed.

"Pika pipe pik pi" said Pikachu(come on, cheer up)
