Leo carried me back to the room along with him then he placed me on the bed. But with Leo ways he punished me just the way I did to him the last time.

Still unable to sleep I kept turning as nightmares disturbed so I faced the sleeping Leo gazing at his handsome face so I pecked him whispering sleep tight then I cuddled him tightly still unable to sleep and with that the next day came by.

Working at home Leo stayed with me throughout the day working on his laptop , I stared at him wondering how I got to be with a perfect man like Leo still in daze my phone kept buzzing so i decided to shift my attention to my phone while talking to Kate, Justin and Thomas who kept messaging since I took a sick leave.

Tired of gisting I diverted my gaze to Leo who was looking at me saying baby you look gorgeous, I looked in his eyes and said okay what do you want? Why are you acting coyishly I asked.

He replied kissing me hungrily, I did thesame as I welcomed all his movements because I wanted to feel more of him. He kissed me as his wet lips lingered all over my neck sucking my skin, making me tingle.

Just as a moan escaped my lips Leo retrieved and looked at me closely saying Hazel I really don't think I can wait any longer, my body yearned for you but do you want thesame? He asked .

I gazed at him trying to catch my breath as I bit my lower lips saying we can wait.

We were sitting on the couch, a bottle of wine nearly empty between us. The conversation had turned more personal than usual, and the warmth of the fire and the wine had lowered our guards. Leo looked at me, his eyes reflecting the dancing flames, and I felt a surge of emotion.

"Hazel," he said softly, "I've wanted to tell you something for a long time."

I turned to him, my expression curious but gentle. "What is it, Leo?"

He took a deep breath, the moment hanging heavy in the air. "I think I've always loved you. More than just as a lover."

My eyes widened, and i felt my heart skip a beat. I had suspected, but hearing him say it out loud was different. It made everything real. I placed his hand over mine, feeling the warmth of his skin. "I think I've always loved you too, Leo."

The air between us seemed to crackle with a new energy, a palpable shift in our relationship. Leo leaned in slowly, giving me time to pull away if i wanted. Instead, i closed the distance, our lips meeting in a gentle, tentative kiss. It was soft and exploratory, a tentative dance of lips and breath.

As the kiss deepened, Leo's hand moved to cup my cheek, his thumb brushing my skin tenderly. I  responded by wrapping my arms around his neck, pulling him closer. The kiss became more passionate, years of suppressed feelings pouring out in that intimate moment.

We broke apart, breathing heavily, our foreheads resting against each other. My eyes were bright with unshed tears. "Why did we wait so long?" I whispered.

Leo shook his head, his hand moving to the back of my neck, his fingers tangling in my hair. "I don't know. But I'm here now. We're here now."

I smiled, my heart swelling with happiness and relief. "Yes, we are."

We spent the rest of the evening wrapped in each others arms, the intimacy of the moment deepening our connection. We talked about our fears, our dreams, and our future together, each word solidifying the bond we had just discovered.

The fire burned low, the jazz playing softly in the background, as we fell asleep in each others arms, content and happy in the knowledge that we had finally found our way to each other.

I woke up with Leo next to me the next morning with the memory of our intimate moment together came back as I blushed.

I kissed his cheeks then he woke up saying good morning baby, I also replied so we had our bath together in the bath tub.

Dressing for work I had to put a scarf around my neck because of the Hickey marks I got from Leo. I punched Leo playfully but he took it too far saying baby do you not want us to go to work today again?

I hit his chest saying don't you get tired? But he replied no while kissing then he said I can never be tired of you, realising I can't skip work again today I pushed him and ran out.

On getting to work I heard the gist of Justin meeting his one night stand who left before he woke up leaving him with money.

Kate further explained that she was a detective, omg Justin that's so big of you, I said. Cut the crap girl how are you? And I hope the boss didn't take it too hard on you Justin asked me.

Wow! I didn't know I was this important? I teased Justin. Of course you are really important to us Kate added. I just hope I don't ever set my eyes on that witch because I can get really dirty, she said referring to Lisa as she threatened.

Girl you need to take it easy she and her accomplise will be facing trial soon , I said . That's great news I guess Mr Kingston didn't take it too hard on you after all Kate joked.

It's nice having you back Hazel, this team was boring without you around Thomas added. Thomas so we were boring when Hazel hasn't joined this company? Kate asked Thomas or could it be that he likes Hazel, Justin said with a serious face.

What the heck Justin! Shut your damn mouth Thomas said. Why does it look like it is true because if it is then prepare to be fired, Kate laughed.
