My heart was beating so fast as he glared at me coldly without saying a word, I looked at Max who was about to lash at me but was stopped by Leo.

Now he said something, little girl what a mouth you've got there but you just wait for what's coming right at you. Don't worry the punishment is all yours Leo said looking closely at my lips. I pushed him away from me and said who is your little girl? I don't care what you are going to do as it is not a new history call so I will just do it myself.

Just then the elevator door opened and I rushed out to our floor and knelt down in sadness. Like what the hell got into me? How would I talk to him like that? I'm so doomed.

What do you mean you are doomed? I heard Thomas ask me. Well after catching my breath I explained everything to my friends and the first person to talk was Kate.

Yeah he was right but this still got me because I loved my current job and I hope I don't take down the director with me. We all looked at one another with worrisome faces so I got up trying to lighten the mood saying Kate that club is a go tonight I'm gonna have so much fun until I'm wasted.

Well that worked as it lightened the mood not until Mrs howler came by, we all know who that is and that's our coordinator.

All day I waited for me to get fired but I was told the CEO didn't say anything, well that was strange but I went on clubbing anyway.

Leo P.O.V

Leo ain't you gonna do anything about that brat? She disrespected you and also disregarded your order Max said. I looked at him saying I have a more interesting plan as I find her quite interesting. Well what can I say? Can she be the one?

Which one? Max asked and did you just smile? Like Leo this is really unlike you. What has gotten into you? Well I can't believe you will just let her go.

I looked at Max with a happy face and said I never mentioned letting her go. I find her enticing and I just love that courage of her's like Brook Hazel what have you done to me? Max looked confused but I know he would understand later on.

Hazel P.O.V
After changing I looked at my friends who were busy having fun on the dance floor as I sat at the bar stand. I admit that I'm heartbroken but I kept trying my best not to show how hurt I was. I had several shots and not long after I was wasted and an unknown guy came dragging onto the dance floor.

Hi pretty he said, I looked at him almost about to barf "an old hag" feeling out of the reality I started spewing rubbish saying do you know why I was fired? It was over a freaking hiccup like who fires someone just because of a hiccup?

The old hag looked at me with lust in his eyes so hit him in the face violently saying you old thing just because you are rich doesn't make you worthy enough to destroy the lives of young girls then I lost it.

The next day I woke up in my apartment processing how I got back home, gosh I have to take some hangover pills to sober up so I can get ready for work. Work? Wait work? I don't remember getting fired.

I checked my emails and call logs but nothing related to me getting dismissed. This got me in confusion as my harsh words should have ruined me by now, contemplating for a while I decided to go to work.

Nothing was strange but the look on Justin's face was not commendable, what's going on guys?I said dropping my bag. So you really can't recall anything about what you did last night?Thomas questioned me. Oh yeah I was meaning to ask how I got home from you guys I said.

What? Did I do something? I asked. Kate looked at me and said you barf all over Justin yesterday. Oh my goodness that was why he had that weird expression on I said bursting into rabid laughter after talking.

Not to talk of the scene she caused after hitting a old man Thomas added. I did I asked trying to remember what happened.

Well I wonder what's going on or was it the wrong person you insulted in the elevator yesterday?Kate asked me.

I clearly know the difference between Leo and other staffers I said, but how did I get home yesterday? Only you know my passcode I asked Kate.

Yeah that was because I had to follow Thomas who carried you all the way home, girl you are bad with alcohol Kate said. I guess that's true because me handling alcohol is an impossible task I thought to myself.

Just then our coordinator came on to give us an announcement.As you all have had that the CEO is getting a fiancee and the 15th anniversary ceremony taking place tomorrow is where she will be revealed, so I expect you guys to work hard diligently and make sure to help out with all possible preparations.

Hazel get this file to the CEO's secretary she ordered. What? Why does it have to be me I thought to myself. Unwillingly I took the file and headed to the CEO's floor.

On getting there the secretary was not on seat so I was meaning to knock but the loud sounds coming from the office made me stop.
