Shivay proceeded towards her and she felt a bit nervous.
He came to her and asked
"What did you just said?"
She didnt know what was happening? The heartbeat again went on some race.
She tried and said it again "I m Sorry Mr Shivay...I know I have not been really good to you. I know you have really tried to help me out. I m sorry for what all happened"

*Shivay*
She was speaking and he was just looking at her. The way she was explaining her guilt, it showed actual honesty in her eyes. She seemed pure and naive.
He wanted to get lost in those loyal pair of eyes but no..he cant.
"I cant take your apologies Miss Annika, plz leave me alone" he said looking straight into her eyes and gesturing her to leave.

*Annika*
She didnt expected this. She came to say sorry but did he just said he cant take her apologies? She was scared now. She didnt knew that he would be so much angry. Her heart sank on the thought of Shivay pouring out this anger on Bhavya in any way. She just started blabbering in tension now...
"Listen to m..me.. Mr...Shi...Shivay I know I have hurt you but plz dont take it personal. Plz dont let this rift between you and me spoil Bhavya and Rudra's relationship. I m sorry. Ill do whatever you say just plz dont ask Rudra to hurt Bhavya in anyway oky? She is not like me. She is my best friend.. I never wanted to behave like this...pl....."

*Shivay*
He wanted to play a bit more before accepting her apologies and thats why he said he cant forgive her but the next moment he heard her speak anything and everything which came in her mind non stop. He saw tears in her eyes and unknowingly he kept a finger on her lips to stop her...
"Shhhhhh!!! Stop it Miss Annika. How can you even think like that? I have already forgiven you okay? I was just kidding. Please stop worrying now"

*Annika*
His fingers on her lips gave her a shiver down her spine. She was just looking at him, when she heard...
"I have already forgiven you" these lines felt so soothing to her ears. All her guilt and fear flew away. She wiped her tears and said
"Thankyou"

*Shivay*
"Well you can thanks me over a cup of coffee too... he said giving her a smile."

*Annika*
She had no other option but to agree.
"Sure" she said giving back a faint smile to him.

He stopped the car in front of Starbucks. He came out of the car and like a true gentleman he opened the door to Annika's side. Both of them went inside and Shivay ordered their coffees.

*Shivay*
So Miss Annika? How are you now? I hope you feel fine.
He asked Annika.
I m feeling better thankyou.. !she said in a calm tone.
He could still feel some coldness in her eyes. The way she was looking at the near by couple was different. And suddenly Shivay recalled what gauri told him.. Annika and Aman share a thing? Does she actually love Aman? His heart wanted to avoid this thought, why would it matter to him? he just wants to take his revenge and it doesnt matters to him if she loves Aman.... it doesnt matters right? His heart asked... No... his mind replied.
Shivay wanted to start the beginning of his plan and for that he needed to know everything about her.
Cute couple ? Right Miss Annika? He finally asked looking into her eyes.

*Annika*
she was enjoying her coffee when she saw a couple having fun at the side table. And the only thing which dominated her mind was Aman. She still couldnt believe that she has lost the love of her life. Tears started pooling up in her eyes and then she heard the same familiar voice
"Cute couple? Right miss Annika?" And the chain of her thoughts broke.
"Yes" she replied warmly trying to hide her tears.

*Shivay*
Well isnt it strange that we are sitting here sharing a coffee and I dont know anything about you except that your name is Miss Annika and you have some major anger issues.
He said laughing lightly.

*Annika*
Well, my name is Annika Mr Shivay, not MISS Annika and no, I m not suffering from anything like anger issues. I was just having a bad time thats it.

*Shivay*
Okay Annika, let me correct you too. I m Shivay...not MR Shivay.
I hope everything is fine now. You can share anything you want to. Afterall what are friends for??

*Annika*
Friends? When did we became friends Shivay? She didnt realised that she called him "Shivay"b

*Shivay*
The moment I told you to address me as Shivay..and the moment you called me "Shivay" ! Well I dont usually allow people to call me with my name.. but you are special.

*Annika*
She got a bit embarrassed when he made her realise that she called him "Shivay" only "Shivay" . and to avoid that sudden embarrassment she tried to focus on another of his word...Special?? And why m I special?

*Shivay*
"Special because You are the only enemy of mine who is making it super hard for me to concentrate on my god damn plan of ruining you. You are giving me hard time Annika but I promise I will pay it back" he was lost in a chain of thoughts when he heard.."Excuse me??? What happened?"
Annika said snapping her fingers in front of his face.
He came back in his senses.
"I mean.. you are special because you are Bhavya's best friend so technically you are my guest and the only girl who scolded me hard for like two times" he said making a puppy face.

*Annika*
When she saw his face, she could not control her laughter . She laughed like there is no tomorrow. His face looked so cute as if a small kid is complaining about the scolding that he got in his school.

*Shivay*
The moment he saw her laughing, his eyes froze.
Was it even real?
Was she actually laughing?
The girl who didnt even smiled in these two days that he met her was laughing for the first time. She looked so beautiful. Her eyes shined, her lips bloomed, the hair on her face were kissing her forehead...it was surreal.
"You look beautiful when you laugh Annika" he said without even knowing that he actually said it.

*Annika*
"You look beautiful when you laugh Annika" She heard and gradually her laughter changed it a smile and she smiled looking at him.
"Life doesnt always gives you reason to laugh, it is a teacher which teaches you hard lessons and punishes you. Not everyone is life's favourite student."
She said in a trembling voice.

*Shivay*
He again felt the same pain, the same agony in her voice.
May be something is wrong between her and Aman, he thought.
"Is everything fine Annika? You can always tell me okay? I know everything is so new and you dont know anything about me but I can assure you that I will try to help you out in everyway I can. And yes, life is not that bad .. you just need to be around the right kind of people. People who matter for you, people for whom you matter." He said all this looking into her eyes, as if reassuring her of taking away all her pain and worries.

*Annika*
She kept looking into those beautiful greenish blue eyes, who were soothing away her wounds. It felt so light.. it felt as if there is nothing to worry about. Suddenly her phone rang... it was Gauri! She picked up and said "Yes everything is fine... I m coming back in sometime..yes gauri...take care...bye"

The coffee was finished and it was time to go back.

*Shivay*
Home calling? He asked
She nodded.
"Well it ended so soon, anyways now that you and I are friends, coffee dates are gonna be a regular thing right?" He asked cutely.

*Annika*
This man is one stubborn guy, she thought.
"Yes we are Shivay... now lets go."
she replied smiling beautifully.

*Shivay*
His heart felt good. May be because it actually wanted this to happen. For now he is not able to know why but it did.
"okay.. so allow me to leave you to home Annika"

*Annika*
She nodded positively and stood up to move when she something came into her mind and she suddenly said "It was nice meeting you Shivay, thanks for the coffee"

*Shivay*
"Same here Annika, thanks for coming"
He winked.

The coffee date ended but it was definitely a new beginning for both Annika and Shivay. Cant say much about what kind of beginning though but it was going to be a an interesting ride for both of them.
