I hurried back to the throne room and set Raine down. "Are you ok?"

Raine sighed. "I'm fine, Axel." She sat down in her throne.

I walked over, confused. "Queen, do you think I don't belong in a clan?"

Raine looked at me, confused. "Why would you say that? Of course your in my clan, I found you."

I thought. "Then what about the shadow clan? Is it true they killed 1200 wolves? In different clans?"

Raine lowered her head, and sighed. "Blaze would've known, but now that he's gone, Clyde took over that realm and called it their "last kingdom standing" ." She got up.

"Are they trying to attack on our kingdom too?" I asked.

Raine looked at a picture of her, blaze, and yuri. "I don't know..." she shed a tear.

I saw the picture. So were they a family? "Are you guys like family?"

Raine looked at me, and smiled. "We are a family, all of the fire kingdom is a family, even you."

I thought about that wolf that captured Yuri. "Why did they capture Yuri? She's only a pup..."

A wolf stormed in, with a sword in his jaw. "Queen!"

I looked at the wolf, and Raine walked forward. "What is it?"

"Your guards.. they need help!"

"Oh no!" She ran, and I followed. The fire guards ready their weapons, and growled. Raine looked at them. "What's wrong?"

"My queen, someone attacked the border of our kingdom!" He spoke.

I thought. "Who would come up here and attack our kingdom?" I looked around, and saw a piece of ice on the ground.

"Someone that hates our clan." Raine walked forward to the border, looking out. "Show yourself!"

FrostBite appeared, with more ice wolfs. "Queen, did I ever tell you how much I wanted a pup?"

"Yea, when you learn how to take care of them properly." Raine growled at him.

"I know to justify against anyone, especially a wolf like you." FrostBite put his paw on the ground, and froze the fire from all the torches, and guards started to form a circle around him. He laughed. "Do you really think you can stop me?"

"First of all, you killed a pup, don't even try it to Yuri, and I can take on anyone!" Raine growled at him.

FrostBite laughed. "I like to see you try!"

"With pleasure." Raine growled and slashed her sword at him, making him fall, as other guards began to attack the ice wolfs. I watched as everyone was fighting, until a wolf pounced on top of me. I looked up. "Let me go!"

The wolf laughed. "No."

I growled at the wolf and fire circled around me and burnt the wolf. I ran as fast as I could until I was blocked by someone familiar. "Oh no.."

FrostBite put his paw on a chain, as I looked. "Look out!"

More fire guards began to attack him, and he froze them. "Nobody can stop me!"

I blew fire at him, and knocked him down, putting my claws on him. "Let her go..."

FrostBite growled at me, and icicles trapped me, and he walked over to the queen. "If you want to be free, all you have to do is hand over Yuri."

"What about Yuri that it is you want?" I yelled, trying to claw my way out.

"Why do you want to know, pup!?!" He growled, as his eyes went frosty blue.

Raine looked over, and saw Yuri afraid and ran to the throne room, but ice built up over her, and he walked over to the pup and smiled. "Hi there, kid."

I growled. "What do we do? Why does he want Yuri?"

Raine sighed. "A pup can be special at times, but maybe because she also has a power, but he wants it for something." She looked over and blew fire from the ice, and set herself free.

Raine ran up to him and blew fire in his face, then jumped.

FrostBite glanced at Yuri, then jumped.

Raine landed on her four paws, but FrostBite glanced at her, and noticed he was bleeding from his paw. He walked back to the border. "This isn't the last time you'll see me... what I said about the shadow clan is true... and if you ever come in our territory, your dead!" He ran off.

Raine got me out, and we both looked at the border. She sighed. "Glad they didn't take away Yuri."

I thought. Is what he said true? "What about the shadow clan that makes them evil?"

"Oh, well, shadow clan is the clan that kills almost every other clan for who knows what?" Raine looked at Yuri, and escorted her inside. "Well, I have to go bathe Yuri.." she closed the doors.

I looked at the border, and back at the forest. "Why would Clyde kill blaze?" I walked to the forest, and saw Clyde talking to other wolfs.

"Now that you're king, what are your other plans?"

"What about the queen? FrostBite did attack her kingdom once.. I heard.."

"And? He attacked it, but he failed. It's no hope in leaving this clan, when we all came from different clans, especially the fire clan."

Clyde looked at them all and growled. "You all came from different clans, and turned over to me now! We hunt and kill in this clan!" He jumped down and looked at them, walking. "So, you either will follow my orders, or suffer death!"

The wolves lowered their heads, then disappeared. Clyde looked at the leaves, and heard a noise. He looked around, and heard more leaves.

A wolf came running towards him and clawed him. Clyde looked up. "Huh?"

"Why did you kill blaze?" Raine walked in.

"Why do you want to know?" Clyde growled. "You don't trust me.."

"I tried to trust you, but you wanted to kill-

"You trusted blaze, but not me, because he was the better hunter... and so was moonlight, wasn't she?" Clyde walked off.

"You don't know why I trusted him or her, you killed apart of my family, you became a murderer." Raine shed a tear.

Clyde looked at blaze's corpse, then growled. "Shut up!" He ran and head butted her, causing her to fall. She looked up at him, as a tear fell from her cheek. "Why did you kill him?"

"You will never know why..." Clyde looked at her, as trails of blood followed him, and he put a claw on her. "Go back home, and never return here."

Raine growled. "No!"

Clyde stared at her, and thought. "This isn't a safe place to be..."

Raine looked at him, then started to walk off in silence.

Clyde looked back at her, and his eyes turned black. "Im nothing but a murderer."

"Yea, you sure are."

Clyde looked behind and a wolf walked to him, his tail brushing up against him. "My my, you've changed since we first met, kid. Tell me, how does it feel to be king?"

Clyde looked at him and growled. "I should kill you right now!" He places a paw on him, and the wolf looked at him, his eyes changing to red, then growled, and pushed him back further. Clyde gasped. "No.. how can you not be killed.. I thought you were dead, I thought we were friends." He shed a tear, then growled.

The wolf raised up his head, and grinned at him. "You fool, why would you think we were friends, I used you to kill blaze, and in return, you have to give me what I wanted!"

Clyde walked up to him, and handed him the crown.

The wolf looked at the crown and smiled. He flipped the crown, and it fell to his paws. Clyde looked at him. "Will you ever change?"

"Will you ever learn to hunt just like all the other shadow wolfs in this clan? I put you in this clan because I know you can kill a lot of wolves, and I can kill you easily in one swipe, do you want that to happen!?"

Clyde lowered his head. "N-no master.."

"Good. Now go!"

"Wait, Raine asked me why did I kill blaze.. and what about the murder?"

"The queen wants to know everything.. she won't find out the truth unless you give it to her..." he smiled at Clyde.

Clyde seemed scared. "I see that look, what are you planning?"

The wolf smiled. "Seems like if the queen wants to know so much about us shadow wolfs, let's give her a special welcome!" He walked away.
