I will take them to your grave if you want me to,

We trudged through,
Holding the umbrella for us,
Waiting for me to run to you,
And go home under the shade of it,

Promise me I will not have to run,
All alone, drenched in rain
Towards home,
Promise me you will be there,
Holding the umbrella for us,
Waiting as I run to you,
Sharing all woes and laughter of the world,
Under it as we run home.
