"Push, honey. He's almost here." Cooed Shawn to his girlfriend as she pushed the second boy out of her.

She looked up, tears streaming down her face. "Shawn, I can't." She sighed loudly. "I can't, it's too much."

"Hey, hey, hey. Think about all the happiness and love we're going to get after, eh?" He told her. "Our two boys running everywhere, a dream right?"

"I'm so exhausted..." She sobbed. "Please, I can't anymore."

Shawn grabbed her hand, giving it a squeeze. "Just two more pushes." He spoke as she took a deep breath and nodded. "Alright, ready?"

She nodded her head again, giving everything she had. Soon, cries echoed through the room. Their second boy was finally here, crying.

"You want to hold him?" Asked the nurse, smile on her face.

Phoebs hummed, opening her arms. She closed her eyes feeling their boy moving against her. "He's so pretty."

Shawn agreed. "He's perfect."

The nurse took back the baby as they put the first one in his crib. Shawn moved around, standing right in front of him. His eyes were closed as he peacefully slept.

"How are we naming him?" Asked Phoebs behind me.

Shawn stared at his little boy, remembering names him and Phoebe talked about. "Elio, yeah, Elio is perfect for him."

"Let's go for Elio then." She hummed behind her boyfriend.

Soon, the nurse came back with their second boy and gave it to Phoebe. She wrapped her arms around him, staring his eyes. They were exactly like Shawn's one, a pool of honey.

"I know a perfect name for him." Whispered Phoebe, admiring him. "Elijah?" She questioned, looking at Shawn.

Shawn smirked widely. "Yeah, totally. E and E, how cute." He chuckled. "Can't wait to have another one."

Phoebe laughed. "You are gonna wait for this, sir. I'm not sure my body can't handle this."

He stood up, kissing her temple. "Of course, you're the strongest woman I know." He spoke.

"Thank you." She said to him softly.

Shawn gave her a weird look as he sat at the edge of her bed. "For what?"

"For sticking with me until the end." She admitted. "I'm just thankful for you guys."

Shawn kissed her forehead. "I will stay with you until the end, Phoebe Clark. I won't go anywhere. I fucked up before but I won't do it a second time."

A few hours later, the hospital door cracked open revealing the Mendes family. The whole little family was asleep, exhausted from the previous event. Shawn's eyes snapped open as he saw his family, a smile appeared on his face.

"Hey, guys." He cheered, hugging them. "Everyone could come!"

Aaliyah rolled her eyes. "Of course, we wouldn't miss this Shawn." The three siblings rushed to the boys' side as they admired their nephews. "So, you guys named them Elio and Elijah."

"How cute." Said Jake right after.

Karen cupped her son's face. "You okay, honey?"

Shawn nodded his head. "Just tired but I'm perfect and happy to see them."

"We're happy too, they look extremely cute." Chuckled Karen. "How did she handle things?"

"Perfect, she was so strong. To be honest, I couldn't do that." Replied Shawn, glancing at his lover. "You can go see them." He said referring to his little boys.

Phoebe opened her eyes, smiling. "Oh hey, guys." She spoke lightly. "Didn't think you could make it." She referred to the snow outside.

Manny laughed. "Don't worry, sweetie. Snow won't stop us from seeing the new family members." He told her. "How are you?"

"Tired." She replied. "Very tired but definitely happy to be here with all of you."

Karen walked to her, kissing her forehead. "The pleasure is ours, honey." She stated. "You still look beautiful."

"Even with the pale skin, the tired eyes?" She joked.

Shawn's mom laughed. "Of course, you still are."

"It's so weird, the two boys have Shawn's eyes but Phoebe's face." Spoke Scott out of nowhere. "I'm going to be the best uncle."

Jake shook his head. "I don't think so, Scott. I will be the best."

Aaliyah chuckled. "Guys, I don't even see why you are fighting!" She exclaimed. "I will be the best."

The two guys scoffed. "Did you hear that, Jake?"

Jake shook his head. "No, did you?"

Aaliyah rolled her eyes annoyingly. "Super funny, guys."

"Stop fighting!" Exclaimed Shawn. "Just admire your nephews for gods sake."

Everyone laughed. "You guys need to rest." Said Karen. "We will see you tomorrow, do you need me to bring anything?"

"Please bring back pizzas tomorrow." Begged Phoebe. "They won't let me eat good here." She laughed.

Karen shook her head. "Noted, hun. See you and love you!"
