The woman stretched and let out a yawn, she turned around meeting Shawn's sleepy face, his lips were slightly parted, his cheeks were rosy making him look really good.

She scooted closer, wrapping her arms around him and rested her head on his chest. His heartbeats were peaceful, she could fall asleep listening to it.

Phoebe was at Shawn's old house for almost a week now, and, weirdly she felt incredibly good here. She felt part of the family. Karen and Manny treated her like their daughter, while Shawn's siblings acted like she was their sister. Phoebe couldn't help but feel grateful for Shawn, even after what happened back a few years ago. He was always here for her, no matter what.

"What are you staring at?" Shawn raspy voice echoed through her ears, as she snapped out of her thought. "Mmh?"

She giggled, while Shawn wrapped strongly his arms around her. "You." She replied.

"Me?" He teased, kissing her forehead. "I'm flattered, Phoebs."

She hit his chest with the palm of her hand. "Shut up, silly."

They both giggled before stopping and stared at each other. Shawn's hand slowly went up on her cheek, and, caressed it gently. He moved his face closer to hers and laid a peck on her nose, then her cheeks and pulled away.

"I love you." He spoke.

She smiled widely. "You're crazy about me, eh?"

He scoffed before cracking a smile. "You know I am..." He whispered. "So crazy. You have no idea." He added.

"Then show me. Show me you're crazy about me, show me I'm the only one for you, show me that I care." She answered back.

Shawn opened his mouth but, closed it just the time to think. "Lets go to New York for a few days. Just you and me."

She bit her lower lip. "New York? Why?"

"Cause...you always dreamt of going to New York and, today your dream is happening." He replied, making her smile widely. "Don't hesitate, babe. I know you would love to go to museums, karaoke bars and...I would love to kiss at the top of the Empire State Building."

"Kiss me?" She raised an eyebrow.

Shawn nodded and licked his lips. "Yeah, kiss you." He spoke lowly. "Go get ready, I will book the tickets."

Phoebe hummed and went in the bathroom. She thought a moment then sat on the toilet, it was happening, Shawn was about to give his heart out to show her that he wanted her.

"Ready, phoebs?" Shawn knocked at the door

"Uh, yeah." She replied, walking out of the bathroom. "So, first we are going to the Empire State Building alright?" She beamed, wrapping her arms around him.

He grinned. "You don't want to keep that for the end?"

She shook her head. "No, want do it as soon as we land."

He giggled before pressing his lips to her head. "Alright love."

She stared at the view from their hotel window, her lips curved into a smile as she felt two arms sneaked around her waist, Shawn's head rested on her head.

"Thank you..." She murmured, touching his hands. "So much." She added.

His hot breath hit her hair. "Don't thank me." He kissed her cheek. "Ready to go to the Empire State Building?"

"Yeah."

Shawn grabbed her hand and headed out of the hotel, they both walked hand in hand to the famous building. Shawn was talking but Phoebe was concentrate on everything around her. The building, the people, the restaurant, the cozy coffee. Everything seemed so authentic.

Soon, they reached the Empire State Building. Luckily, no one was in line which was surprising. They both walked into the lift and went at the top, as soon as they stepped outside, the cold wind hit their face making Shawn moves closer to her.

"It's breathtaking." She muttered, walking closer to the edge. "Do you see that, Shawn?"

"It's wow." He breathed out, watching the sky. "I'm happy." He randomly said.

She turned around, meeting his hazel eyes. "You are?"

He hummed. "Totally. I'm with you, at the top of the Empire State Building." He smiled. "I love you, Phoebs."

"I know." She replied.

He took a deep breath. "I want you to be mine so bad, but, I know you need time. I will be here, alright?" She nodded. "Right here, by your side until you decide that you're ready for me, for us."

"I love you." She uttered, playing with his curls.

"Mmmh." He closed his eyes, enjoying this moment,

She chuckled lightly, making Shawn opens his eyes. "You wanted to do something? No?"

"What?" He queried.

Her hands cupped his face. "Mmh? Kiss me?" Shawn laughed before nodding. "What are you waiting for?"

His eyes went wide. "You sure?" He asked, leaning in. "Phoebs?" She hummed, letting his lips found hers. "I've been waiting to do that since we kissed..." He admitted.

"Come back here." She shushed me, slamming her lips on his. Lips so smooth.

A young woman tapped Phoebe's shoulder, she turned around and smiled at her. "Sorry to bother but, I took a photo of you guys." She told them.

"Oh!" Shawn answered. "That's cool. Can we see it?" He queried.

The lady nodded. "Of course! Here!" She showed them the photo as they watched it in awe. "You look so cute and I couldn't help myself..."

Phoebe laid her hand on her shoulder, and, offered her a warm smile. "Don't worry, we love it. We could maybe grab a coffee somewhere and you could send it to us after?" She proposed. "If you have nothing to do, of course."

"Oh, erm, sure!" She said joyfully. "My name is Isabelle, by the way."

"Nice to meet you, Isabelle." Shawn spoke sweetly.
