Rain now got sent flying into a nearby pillar.  She slowly rose to see her new opponent.  Words could not describe the number of harsh words she said using sign language.  What could be said was what happened next.

Scarlett smiled at this new foe.  He seemed to have stopped all energy effects.  It would seem her attacks were useless.  Perhaps there is one chance.  Spells are always the strongest when the object in question is in contact.  it may be time to now fight head on.

The witch now retracted a scabbard and swung it with energy running through it.  It would seem her power would still work in contact due to its high amount.  Rain might have to deal this battle on her own, but Scarlett wasn't going down without a fight.
