Relic's attacks weren't working.  He then began a better approach.

Perk: Runic combination

Effect: By placing his bow and sword runes together Relic produces the Crossbow Rune.

Attack: Rapid Shot

Effect: The rune-user shoots towards his enemies unbelievably fast.  It begins to look like a wall of arrows produced by the magic weapon.

(Fact: Runic weapons use the energy of the user, not ammunition to fire.  Relic has trained with a skilled warrior to increase his energy.)
